She built a wall around
Her heart.
Then he came along,
The wall that was built for years
Had fallen apart.
She stepped out and saw.
The pain was
Still the same.
The scars were there, so
Was the hatred.
She said to herself,
"This love thing isn't for me.
I'm not made for it
Nor I deserve it though"
Before building the wall again,
She wants him
To know.
It was her love for him
That she failed to show.
