"I didn't even know I had classes with you before," I mouthed to Randy as he turned around in class.

"You don't be paying attention to niggas who aren't black." Sticking my middle finger up at his reply he laughed turning around.

"So what did you say to Emily?"

In this class, I was sitting next to Keyshawn. While we were talking I wanted to make sure I spent as much time possible as I could around him. I was making it seem like I wanted to ignore him but I hated to admit that I actually missed him.

It was wrong to miss someone who did me dirty like this and I knew it. I didn't need anyone judging me so I kept in.

"I'm sure she told you which is why you're asking me. It's none of your business."

"Look I wasn't aware that she helped your ex cheat on you with her. I fucked up with you, I felt that way at the beginning, not the end. You're beautiful I don't know what I was thinking. You don't have to believe me but it's the truth, T." He said looking at me with sad eyes.

"How do you say something like that, and not mean it? I can't forgive you, I've cried about it to many times too."Nodding his head I guess he figured to leave me alone, which was my mind wanted, but not my heart.

"Are you talking to her now?"

"Yea, it's not that serious though." His eyes matched mine, as he looked up from his book, while the frown on my face was visible to see.

"You move on fast. Can't feel that bad." I stated going back to my work.

"Listen I fucked up I understand but I'm not going to keep trying to fix it if you're going to keep rubbing it back in my face. Be my friend or nothing Trinity. I want you in my life, you're a really beautiful soul to have around, but if not I'll let you be, and you let me be."

"You wouldn't stop talking to her for me?" Giving me a look I knew to drop it. Maybe he was where he wanted to be. I knew if there was a question between him, and anyone else I would choose him.

He made me feel something I never felt before.

"I wouldn't do that to anyone stop talking to them and go to someone else from before. I owe it to her to at least try it out, and if it doesn't work I don't care."

I respected his decision because I wouldn't want someone doing that to me.

"We can try to be friends I don't really know how that's going to work. I get jealous, and stuff but you're doing you, so I owe it to myself to do me."

"Exactly ma."

"Keyshawn, Trinity mind telling the class what you're talking about? We all would like to know since I know for sure it isn't about history!" Mr. Maptin said causing everyone to look at us.
