Roman wasn't familiar with Armory, but by the short summary Enzo gave him over the phone it was like a supernatural museum and prison for the dangerous creatures.
"Babe, what's going on?"
Roman asked glancing at Enzo.
"Bonnie, you're here."
Enzo grabbed Roman's hand as the two turned toward the witch.
"Don't think I'm stupid enough to not know your apologies were just a way to get me back here."
Bonnie rolled her eyes sparing a smile to Roman.
"Lorenzo,"
Roman turned to see a woman striding toward the three.
Roman went to stop her in her tracks but Enzo tugged on his hand telling him to stay put.
"You two must be Roman and Bonnie. I'm
Alex St. John, welcome to the Armory."
Roman's eyes widened as he looked at Enzo in question.
"Rayna Cruz is a common enemy as you both know. We should be working together to fight her."
Alex smiled at the two.
Roman and Bonnie looked at each other each shaking their heads.
"But you don't want to fight her. You want her captured. So, I think you know a lot more than you're letting on. Makes it hard for me to trust you."
Bonnie grinned making Roman chuckle.
"Fair. Why don't you come with me?"
Alex gestured for the two to follow her.
They entered a room with old books and artifacts, Roman knowing what each of them were.
"This room contains everything the Armory has gathered on Rayna Cruz. List of victims, her lineage, the spell used to create her-"
"Which would be impressive if I didn't already know all of those things, plus much more than what's contained in this room."
Roman smirked throwing a wink to Bonnie as the witch grinned.
"Like how those are the eight everlasting that have a hold over Rayna's life. And that every time she dies she is more powerful, and if she dies for a final time so will every person that's ever been marked."
Roman stunned the woman with how much he knew of the matter.
"However looks like Miss. Cruz only had two tiers left."
Roman gulped subconsciously as he leaned into Enzo's side.
"What?"
Alex gaped with wide eyes hurrying out of the room, shortly after another body decomposed.
"You have five seconds to tell me exactly what's happening or you aren't leaving alive."
Enzo stomped over to Bonnie as Roman furrowed his eyebrows.
"I'm sorry, did I hurt your feelings by lying about my true intentions for being here?"
Bonnie grinned smugly.
"Bonnie, seriously what's happening?"
Roman asked as the witch sighed.
"Damon's trying to kill Rayna for good."
Roman felt his heart drop in his chest as he pulled at his hair.
"Don't worry, I can stop it."
Bonnie reassured them as she got to work.

Bonnie did as told letting the happy couple head home.
"What ever happened to us getting married?"
Enzo asked softly as he and Roman held each other in a hug.
"I got trapped in the stone, then Rayna came."
Roman sighed kissing Enzo softly.
"We will get married eventually."
Roman rested his head in the crook of Enzo's neck.
"Promise?"
"I promise my love."
