"Please calm down, Mister" the man hit and punched everyone who tried to tie him down on the bed.

His body was burnt and he was screaming in pain. The way his now black skin peeled of reminded me of a peel-of-mask. The other doctors smocks were covered in blood and dirt. Red and white were the main colors in this hospital room.

"Sir, we can't help you if you don't calm down" I raised my hands wagging and trying to calm him down as I slowly approached the man.

He just screamed his lungs out. It was an inhuman sound, more like the sound of a gunshot that just wouldn't end. The moment you pull the trigger of a gun there's this bang -that was the exact same sound.

"Blimey!" A familiar voice behind me scoffed and then the patient went silent.

I turned around completely confused seeing Blue stand there with a shotgun. When I looked back the man had a bullet wound in between his eyes. Blue had shot him.

"Blue, What the hell?" I bursted.

The other doctors in the room just started laughing like crazy like this was just a prank. But it wasn't. This man was dead.

"The wanker lost the plot!" He hissed and gave the gun to one of the nurses.

"You killed an innocent man" I yelled at him trying to drown the laughter.

Blue rolled his eyes at me and shook his head. "I am going to leave the two of you alone. So you can say goodbye" he replied in a serious tone and pointed at the body behind me.

The doctors and nurses hurried outside and Blue closed the door behind him. Now that I was alone in the room the silence was scaring me. I had the feeling that something bad was about to happen.

Why would I want to say goodbye to a stranger?

I turned around but hesitated. It was as if his body was spreading this negative energy causing me to shiver. Although I didn't want to I walked up to his bed.

His burns were healed. Only the dark red wound stood out compared to his pale skin. Someone had pulled a white blanket up to his chin and put his hair back.

I jerked back and screamed as he suddenly opened his familiar blue eyes.

"Sometimes the innocent
pay for the mistakes they
didn't make
and sometimes the guilty
get away with it."

His voice was getting louder and louder as he repeated that sentence over and over again. Other voices joined in and sang the line like a church choir.

I covered my ears trying to overhear them but it was impossible. "No! Stop!" I repeatedly yelled at the voices without any results.

"No!" I jumped as something hit me. When I opened my eyes the first thing I saw was Hudson sitting across me with a cup in his hand.

"I am sorry but you kept screaming and just wouldn't wake up" he gave me an apologizing look.

I looked down at myself and realized that the thing that hit me was water. He had poured water over my head to wake me up.

After calming down a little and stabilizing my breathing I smiled weakly "Thank you. You can go back to sleep. I won't have a nightmare again."

"How often do you have them?" He put the cup on my nightstand.

There was no use in lying. He would know it so I just said the truth "Every night."

"What are they about?" He put his hand around my chin and made me look up to him.

"Usually-" I sighed thinking of all the nightmares Blue had woken me up from over the past year "-Kiran or my parents."

"Why didn't you tell me?" He looked hurt as if I betrayed him by not mentioning my nightmares.

I shrugged and caressed his cheek. His beard stubbles tickled my hand a little making me smile"I guess I don't like talking about it."

"Sometimes the innocent, pay for the mistakes they, didn't make, and sometimes the guilty, get away with it." Only saying that dropped my mood "That's something Kiran once said to me. I originally wanted that to be my last words to him."
