I sat atop one of the spikes watching the match unfold. Omiko and Ryuko start playing and for once, neither racket broke in the first few hits. However, for some reason, I can hear the words "Don't lose your way" being sung faintly in the background. 

"I have my training to fall back on. She has nothing." Thought Omiko. "Who needs training when you're pissed off!" Ryuko thought as she spikes the ball into Omikocausing her to fly towards Ryuko. Ryuko then moves her blade to its normal orientation, and slices right through Omiko shredding her Uniform.

"Finishing move SEN-I-SOSHITSU!" Shouted Ryuko. "Ryuko you WON!!!" Chanted Mako. I looked up at Lady Satsuki to see her stare back at me. A few minutes later Lady Satsuki tries to cut Ryuko's uniform but was blocked by her scissor blade and moves away. "Next time I see you we are going to finish this." Promised Ryuko as she grabbed Mako and ran off.

Satsuki just stared as Ryuko ran off. I stand beside her and asked, "I know it isn't my business or anything but what was all that for?" Lady Satsuki turned around and walked away, "Your right it's not your business to know." I sigh and make my way back toward the slums.

Next Day

Class has just ended and I noticed Ryuko following Aikuro with an angry expression. Being the curious person that I am, I walk toward Ryuko. "Ryuko what are you doing?" I asked her. "Trying to get some damn answers around here." was her response. We both turn the corner to see Aikuro gone. 

"Where the hell did he go?!?!" Asked Ryuko surprised and angry. I couldn't help but chuckle. Mako then jumps towards Ryuko. "OH! RYUKO!!!" Shouted Mako. However, Ryuko grabs Mako, spins her around, then places her in front of the both of you. Noticing a note on Mako's back.

"What are you doing here?" Aikuro asked pointing at me. "Reasons now explain yourself." Shouted Ryuko. "What you don't think I've seen the way you stare at me in the class all passionately Ryuko. It would be bad if people started talking about our relationship." teased Aikuro.

I couldn't help but glare at Aikuro for some reason. "Why did hearing that hurt?" I thought shaking my head. Ryuko grabs Aikuro and lifts him up from his collar. "The only relationship we're going to have is my fist and your face you freak show!" Shouted Ryuko slightly peeved.

"I knew it. You can't keep your hands off me." Said Aikuro with a smirk. Aikuro begins to unbutton his shirt while Ryuko let him go and sat back down. I glared at Aikuro, "Wheres this going now?" I asked. "You told me you'd give me answers once I defeated that Hakodate chick remember?" Ryuko reminded Aikuro.

"A man's word is only good on the day it was made." Spoke Aikuro. Ryuko takes her scissor blade and points it at Aikuro. Aikuro then slicks back his hair. "There called Life Fibers," Aikuro answered. I couldn't help but tense at the word.

"What?" Ryuko asked confused. "Life fibers sewn into clothes for combat. The amount in a one star is 10 percent Life fiber. 2-" I cut off Aikuro, "20 percent for two star and 30 percent for a three star." I finished for him. "Exactly. When worn by humans they increase strength and reveal special abilities." Finished Aikuro. 

"Now that you mention it a red strand must have been a life fiber," Ryuko announced. "It was. Also, there are outfits made out of entirely out of life fibers. These are called Kamui." Explained Aikuro. "Is Senketsu one of those?" Ryuko asked. "It would seem so," I announce. 

"And the only ones who know this secret to life fibers are the Kiryuin Family and your father." Said Aikuro. "If the Kiryuin know of this, then how do you?" I asked suspiciously. "That's because Dr. Matoi and I were working together to bring down the tyranny of the Kiryuins." After a while, I ignored his speech an thought.

"Damnit I thought I wouldn't have to face those damn life fibers once I moved here!" I angrily thought to myself. Aikuro then snaps his finger in front of my face. "Hey! Hey! Were you even listening?" Aikuro asked me. "Y-yeah...I-I need to go," I said and stood up to leave not before hearing. "Just don't blow my cover you two." I left before I heard any more.

As I left the school I begin to hear the screams from my past. My breathing hitched and I felt myself begin to panic. "Why couldn't you save us." I felt my head twitch. "Why'd you lets us die?" My heart started to increase rapidly. "You had the power and didn't use it to save us!" I then heard Mako running to me. 

"Hey (Y/n) you okay?" Mako asked. I turned to her and collapsed on the ground. "(Y/N)!!!" I heard Mako scream as I passed out.
