"To the person who made me feel different," Veronica stared at the crowd of classmates in front of her. She has been planning this for a few months now and it's finally the day. "You are one heck of a ride." She spoke with a smile on her face, the kind of smile where you aren't sure whether to be happy or confused.

"You were like... a goddamn natural disaster. Your eyes were the bodies of water in a raging tsunami whenever you stare at me with such power in it. Your smile was like a tornado that would just throw me in all different angles whenever I see it. Your touch were like rain that calmed me in my dark and stormy days. Your lips were like an earthquake that would melt my heart and shake me out of my focus. You were seriously such a problem to me," she spoke. "But I let you ruin me like a bitch you are."

It was a special day and Veronica Sawyer was chosen to deliver a speech in front. It wasn't necessarily needed for any class or anything, it was just a dare between the popular group in the class on behalf of Valentine's day. Of course it first sounded dumb to her but when she actually thought about it, it became a huge opportunity instead. Veronica stared at her classmates who were somehow either snickering at her cheesy impromptu speech or listening carefully like a dumbstruck teenager genuinely in love.

"When I hear your voice, the first thing I think about is 'well damn, looks like I wouldn't be able to remember the things I studied for today.' It just brings my attention into a whole new universe where only you exists. Where only the both of us exist." Veronica said whole-heartedly as she walked back and forth on the front of the classroom.

She looked at the people around her. "Whatever kind of spell you brought me into, I'm not even sure if it's supposed to be legal. Your beauty is fucking illegal to the point where even the greatest writer could never fathom the reasons behind your strong charm." Ram and Kurt started to whistle while her other classmates were shouting and urging her to continue.

"I have no idea what you're saying but go on 'Ronica!" Kurt yelled as Ram grinned and highfived the jock beside him.

"I'm gonna cut this short because I'm not even sure if you'll accept this cheesy confession of mine. I'm not even sure if I can really tell you that what I'm feeling is love." Veronica then walked back to her table and reached beneath it. A few seconds later, a ukelele was seen as she grinned like a child. "But damn I do love embarrassing myself for you."

Mac and Duke started to cheer as Veronica played a chord or two. The yellow Heather stood on one of the tables, some random pair of pompoms now on her hands.

"I hate singing cheesy love songs but let's go," Veronica took a deep breath and continued to strum to strings.

"You're just too good to be true, can't take my eyes off of you." She sang, her eyes meeting a certain gaze who seemed softer than usual. "You'd be like heaven to touch, I wanna hold you so much."

"At long last love has arrived, I thank God I'm alive. You're just too good to be true, can't take my eyes off of you--"

All of a sudden, a blonde stood up from her seat. She contemplated on doing so yet the smirk on her face surely showed how sure she was. Chandler walked over to Veronica, "pardon the way that I stare, there's nothing else to compare."

The classroom was now an explosion of shouts, pen tapping, cheers and squealing. The moment Heather started to sing was the moment where Ram and Kurt couldn't help but sing along with them. "The sight of you leaves me weak, there are no words left to speak." Even for the idiotic and douchey jocks they are, they had angelic voices.

"But if you feel like I feel," Mac couldn't help but hug Duke who was just beside her. She stared into her eyes as the green Heather sang along, "please let me know that it's real."

Veronica grinned at herself. Looks like Valentine's really did feel great this year. She then continued to play the ukelele as Heather playfully circled around her. She continued to sing and lead the 'choir', "You're just too good to be true, can't take my eyes off of you."

"I need you baby," Everyone was now singing along, "and if it's quite alriiiiight." The students started to walk around and kiss their crushes as they kissed back. The sight was awfully sweet and the pentapping and ukelele kept playing. "I need you baaaaby, to warm the lonely nights!" Some sounded like ducklings getting strangled while others sounded like a gift from heaven. Either ways, the strange feeling called love was in the air.

"I love you baby, trust in me when I say," The students were now dancing around like fools. It looked like as if kindergarten students were assigned to be partners on prom; the desks were flipped, the chairs were thrown away and everything was a wreck. "Oh pretty baby, don't let me down I pray."

The emo classmate they had, who went by the name JD, was even dancing around and singing with his slushie. "Oh pretty baby, now that I've found you'd stay." He sang so beautifully at the drink he had before he sipped it like it was the last thing he'll ever taste.

"And let me love you, baby," Veronica sang softly as she leaned to Heather's face with a dorky smile. "Let me love you--"

The silly song ended with Heather pulling Veronica into a deep kiss, making her forget that her ukelele existed. With the tune of the song putting to a stop, the students looked at Veronica and expected her to continue playing yet ended up shouting cheers instead. Ram and Kurt couldn't help it anymore. The two jocks made out like they were the gayest couple in the school. Duke and Mac was too sexual they fell on the floor without stopping their make out session.

Maybe their full cover of the song could wait until tomorrow or so.
