Such an institution is so boring,
but we already knew that,
didn't we?
Ah, yes, it'd be entertaining
if it wasn't so frustrating
in regards to how the faculty and culture
of such a university
allows for passivity
in the face of injustice and shunning.
There are children
who's societies are dying
but they wanna deny it
because they, as things currently stand,
don't have the liberty
of having the kinds of humors
and crass perspectives
that are ultimately reality,
because that little girl knows
that if she sees things for what they are --
that people here are brittle, scared
shells of what adults can truly become --
then she'll fall into a pit
which she won't be able to escape from.
