"Sup niece" Lue walked into Kevens house with flowers and a teddy bear in his hands after clowning outside with his nephews. "These are for you" He handed them to her and she took them smelling the flowers.

"Thank you uncle." She sniffled a little, her eyes were still puffy and swollen, she still couldn't stop crying and it had been hours. "You're probably upset with me now huh?" She put her head down and let the tears roll down her face.

"Nah, come on man suck that shit up though. The more you cry the madder I get, and want to go fuck Rico up, again." He pulled her into him and her body tensed up.

"What?"

"I know it's Rico" Lue stated. "I sit back and peep shit, that's why I'm always quiet. I observe shit Lil bit." He shrugged. "That's why I beat his ass right before I got here."

Fear washed over her, Lue was worse than Kevin and Jared when it came to her. Being he was only 32 but he literally lived with Jared and his parents since he was three years old, and nobody could tell him that Lauren wasn't his real niece or that Jared wasn't his real brother. He treated them as if they were his kids as well, and in a situation like this Keven knew it was best to call him instead of Jared who'd beat Lauren ass for finding out she had sex.

"Calm down, I ain't gone say shit." He told her honestly, as bad as he wanted to whoop her or kill Rico her mental health was more important to him, and he still viewed Rico as his nephew so he didn't necessarily want him dead.

"You're not going to whoop me?" She asked, knowing he was the one who'd take his belt off anywhere and literally whoop her as if she was a child. "You're not going to kill him for messing with me?" She began to shake and panic.

"Nah, I don't like the fact you're fucking on the nigga but it's not like he forced you and I'm glad you both waited until you were legal." He chuckled. "I knew this was coming when you turned 16, that man been in love with you lil bit. He only told you that because he a coward, and if he can't come to your folk then you don't need him. Me and your aunt 11 years apart." He shrugged. "Younger than me yes? Was it a big deal for her people? Yeah but guess what? I loved her and she loved me so they had to get over it. I'm not saying I want y'all two together, or am I cool with this but if he's a man and he loves you, he'd fight for you." He was honest with her.

"He promised be he'd fight for us unc.." She sucked her tears up. "He don't love me, and I'm cool with that. I'm just glad we didn't caught, and it is what it is." She shook her head.

"I ain't gone tell y'all to come clean, but what's done in the dark always come to the light. No matter if you're done or not, it's going to come out. Even if it's months from now sweetheart." He sighed. "You got my word, but just know it's gone come back to bite the both of y'all in the ass and worse if y'all don't come clean now. Don't let it build up, then that's where he will be killed." He warned her.

"I hear you, but it's better left alone now." She wiped her tears. "Thank you unc, and they won't find out."

"Let me ask you this.. you think y'all really about to stay from one another? Love don't got away that fast, and he'll be missing you. When he do, you gone go running and then yall back to it. I wouldn't mind him dating you at all Lil bit, he just got to be a man and you're smarter than to run when he calls alright?" He told her and got quiet as the boys walked in to check on them.

"All I want to say is why the fuck you come to Keven before me?" Anthony playfully mushed her head. "Since when we do that?"

"Boy, leave her alone. That shit made me feel good, don't take it away from me." Keven frowned and as always him and Anthony started to fight.

Lauren laughed at the two and shook her head feeling her phone go off.

Zeeke: Come outside, I wanna talk to you alone.

"I'll be back, Zeeke is outside. Anybody tell him what happened?" She asked nervously.

"What we look like, we didn't even want to know so we def not spreading your business sis." Keven answered.

"Nah, but you about to tell him something though. Don't be leading my boy on, you want to be treated like a adult." Anthony spoke up. "Go handle it, you did leave him to get have sex with another man knowing he's invested in you." He shrugged. "That's foul."

She nodded and simply walked outside seeing him lean against his car, smoking a blunt. "Hey" She swallowed the lump in her throat.

"Why you way over there?" He sucked his teeth and pulled her into him. "What's wrong?" He studied her face and could tell she had been crying all night.

"I have something to tell you." She looked up at him holding back the tears. "I'm just going to say it" She took a deep breath. "I didn't leave last night because I was feeling sick, I left to go be with someone else." He removed his hands from around her and stood up.

"As in you lied to me to go get some dick from someone?" He looked at her blankly. "Okay" He shrugged and grabbed his keys from his pocket.

"Zeeke--"

"Nah love, it's honestly cool. I'm good, Imma catch you later tho." He laughed and got into his car speeding off, he wouldn't dare let her see how hurt he really was.
