I stare at the clock. Why is it so damn slow today?!

I groan.

5 minutes more. That's torture. In History class, that is.

I sigh for the umpteenth time and rest ny forehead on the back of my palms.

"No sleeping in class, Miss Spivot!" Mrs Brook yells.

I jerk my head up. "I wasn't..."

"And pay attention in class!" She yells on.

The bell goes as soon as she turns toward the board.

Thank God!

I stuff my notebook into my bookbag and bound out of the class.

Well, you'd wonder why I'm so restless. One, because I hate history class and two, my bladder is killing me.

Literally.

I dash into the bathroom. All the stalls are filled. God! You HAVE to be kidding me.

Don't do it, Hillary. Don't do it. Do. Not. Pee. On. Yourself.

I can't hold it. Just when I feel like my bladder is about to explode one of the stalls open and a redhead walks out of it.

"Thank you," I shout (which I don't usually do), and dash into the stall.

Soon enough I feel much better and like my bladder isn't about to do a colossal explosion.

I head out of the stall, wash my hands and leave the restroom.

I'm walking down the stairs, on my way to Holly, when I notice a group huddled together at a corner of the stairs.

I look closely.

It's Miranda, Bella, Adam, Patty...Tayron. The popular click.

They're all talking the talk, laughing the laugh...getting the attention.

I pretend to not notice Tayron and walk past them.

Suddenly, someone calls my name.

"Hillary! Hey, Hillary! Wait up!"

I stop in the middle of the stairs and turn around.

It's Tayron.

Tayron's...calling me. Tayron's talking to me! My heart's beating faster already.

I'm gonna mess up. I'm gonna talk too fast...I'm gonna say something stupid...

"Hey, Tayron," I say cooly.

Yeah, that's how you do it, Hillary.

Baby steps.

"Mind if I walk with you?" He asks flashing of his killer smiles.

Now he wants to walk with me?

My heart is thumping.

"S-sure. Of course," I say and let out an uneasy laugh.

Way to go Hillary. Very girly. Speaks much of your confidence.

We walk down the rest of the stairs in silence then take a turn.

"So, where are you heading to?" He asks.

"Oh, just to meet up with Holly. But,aa I can't seem to find her though," I say.

"Holland Lindsey?" he says, pushing his jet black hair away from his face.

"Um, yeah," I say.

I mean, is there any other Holly he knows?
