Dean watched in admiration as Addison threw her head back and smiled, she was so beautiful. He was so happy he was finally with her

"I have something for you, it really belongs to you," he said and produced his varsity jacket and Addison's smile fell as she remembered Seth's jacket was sitting on the back of her desk chair at home.

"Babe?" Dean asked carefully, noticing her change in demeanour and she shook her head and smiled at him

"You're right. It does belong to me, both the jacket and the owner belongs to me," she flirted and then leaned over the table in the cafeteria to kiss him

"How are things with Seth?" Dean asked, tilting his head and Addison waved it off

"We're on our way, but he just seems to want to avoid me at every chance," she admits and Dean took her hands in his

"It'll work out babe, I would've done the exact same thing if I was in his position. It's alot to process." Dean explained and she nodded

"I just wish it never came to this you know, where I didn't have to hurt him," she replied and Dean sighed

"But I couldn't be with him, knowing I loved you with all my heart," she continued and then did Dean smile

"I'm so glad that you're mine. You don't even know how happy you make me, since day one," Dean told her and she replied his smile

Something was missing though, there was something missing in her eyes, that light that was usually there wasn't anymore. That was usual for that shine to be there, that glimmer of happiness in her eyes that made many others feel warm inside. It was missing

Seth stood at his locker, looking for a hair tie when he felt a presence behind him

He turned around and looked into the blue eyes of Dean Ambrose. It wasn't that he hated Dean, it was more like there was a mutual respect in it that Seth wouldn't purposely try to get on his bad side

"Can we talk for a sec?" Dean asked, squinting and Seth bit his lip

"Uh sure man," he replied and sat down on the bench, looking up at Dean who then made the eye contact an even level when he sat down to

"I wanna talk to you about Addison," Dean said, arms folded and Seth scoffed

"Look, she made it very clear that it was you she wanted, I don't-" Seth began

"Stick a dick in it Heidi," Dean said and Seth's mouth clamped shut, he didn't understand the reference but he didn't wanna piss Dean off

"Look, Addison is my girl, and if I didn't trust her, I wouldn't be doing this right now," Dean said, taking a pause before he ruffled a hand over his hair

"She's miserable without you," Dean admitted and Seth looked at him, albeit shocked

"I'm not the biggest fan of you, but I do know that you make Addison happy, you became her friend, and all I've ever wanted was for Addison to be happy," Dean explained

"What are you saying?" Seth asked, confused by this whole thing

"I'm saying, maybe you should talk to Addison, work things out, you know, she really values your friendship and I know it's hurting her that you guys aren't really one hundred percent anymore," he continued and Seth looked at his shoes

"I do miss her," he admitted and Dean fought to keep his jealousy in check

"And I miss that sparkle in her eye, she needs to not feel like a bad person and I know it really bothers her the way you guys left things," Dean told him

"You'd be okay with this?" Seth asked, looking into blue eyes

"I ain't your biggest fan Rollins, but I love to see my girl happy," Dean replied

"Now will you talk to her?" Dean asked and Seth nodded

"Good,"

"Just don't forget that when you look into her eyes, that she's mine." Dean warned and Seth nodded, he didn't like that fact but he damn sure respected it

Dean watched Seth walk out of the locker room and he rested his head back against the lockers and sighed as he closed his eyes

He was being mature right now, pushing Seth and Addison's friendship cuz he wants to see his girlfriend happy, but if Seth only looked at her the wrong way, Dean would break his bones...right now though? He could be the bigger person
