Obviously, there are SPOILERS in this book to what happened in the first book.
If you want to check out this story without reading the first one, please do. You'll learn a lot about what happened before through it. But obviously it will be easier for you to understand if you read the first one.
Although the first one is rather long, so yeah... I totally get if you don't want to.

So, I have mixed feelings about the idea of trigger warnings personally, mainly in the sense of spoilers, but I do think it's reasonable to put things out there. I'm big on people experiencing things, even the bad things, fully, but like I said I understand how people can feel about things.
With that in mind, here's my compromise on the whole thing.
For some of you, you will not like many of the things that will happen in this story.
Things are going to get dark.
I'm a big believer in sequels needing to up their game, and given the things that happened in the previous story, that means doing some crazy things.
Characters will make decisions and do things that will be morally questionable.
