"Uhhhggg youre killing me Ni! Just pick one!" Liam grumbles holding up the two photots
"Oh now you can make death jokes." I mumble rolling my eyes "that one i guess" i point to the left
"Thank you" he huffs turning away on his phone
"Alright." Haz ends his call " theyre going to be here in two hours"
"Perfect" i grin turning back to my laptop continuing eugh my plans
A knock sounds at the door. I look uo to see ashley slippinh in "hey" i greet her
"Hey niall. How are you?" She comes and sits down next to me where liam was
"Good" she frowns "are you sure? You look exhausted."
I shrug "ive been up all night."
"We all have" harry chimes in from my right
"Why?" She asks looking completely confused
"That's actually why I asked you to come." I begin closing my laptop "I need you to take annie our for a couple hours." I explain my whole plan and why I need annie out of the hospital for a bit
"So, I'm not here for a session then?" Ashley chuckles
I laugh "um, no. Will you do it though?"
She nods "of course I will."
I smile "thank you so much Ashely! Maybe take her out around 2 and I'll text you when everything is ready. I'm scheduled for chemo at 9."
"Alrighty" she stands "well, I better be getting to Annie then"
"Thank you so much, Ashley. I think shes in the cafeteria, my mom is keeping her busy"
"Okay, I'll see you all at 2" she smiles placing her hand on top of my own "I'm really happy for you Niall, truly." And with that she leaves

"Oh my gosh!" I coo as Maura slides her phone to me revealing the photo of niall as an adorable blue eyed toddler "he's so cute!"
Maura chuckles smiling fondly at the photo "I know, I don't know where the times gone."
"I've never seen any photos of Niall as a kid" I smile unable to pull my eyes away from the boy grinning back at me
"Uhg" she rolls her eyes "of course you haven't, you've been dating what?"
"Almost a year" I finish
"That boy." She shakes her head "he never shows anyone any photos of him before he was on xfactor"
"Why?"
She shrugs "He always says he was an ugly kid and the only reason hes half decent looking now is because other people make him look that way"
I laugh "That does sound like him"
"Annie" I'm pulled from Maura and I's conversation when I hear my name called
"Ashley, hey." I smile as she walks up to where Maura and I are sat
"Hey, hello, Mrs. Gallagher." She greets Maura "I'm just running out to do a few errands and was wondering if you wanted to come? You know, get out of here for a bit."
I frown. I want to leave the hospital, genuinely, but I cant. "I dont know, I want to, it's just I dont in case something happens"
"Darling," Maura places her hand on mine "you've been here almost a week straight. Nialls going to be having exams, tests and scans done all day in preparation for the trial drug. Go, get out, take your mind off things. Just for a bit"
