Chapter 30: Liquor Store Fued

With Rico over there with the guys, he actually seemed to lighten up the guys a bit since he got here. Now that's he's here any time I looked over to the guys they would laugh out loud, heavy, like he was Kat Williams or something for the way they were going on. They wasn't this energetic in the beginning

Whilst we was deep in conversation, all us girls were interrupted when Jacob came over, smiling with his red cheeks

"Baby, me and the guys are going to the store, I'll be back in a bit. Do you want anything whilst I'm gone?", he smiled

"No, it's fine baby", I smiled and patted his chest

He laughed, "Alright, I'll be back in a bit bae", he pecked me and went to go and catch up with the guys

End of POV

All the guys were going to the store except Keegan. Keegan stayed. Meanwhile on the journey to the store one of them had one too many and that happened to be Jacob's cousin, RJ. Nobody cared much because he had the guys laughing all the way to the store until they reached and saw a bunch of gangbangers hanging outside the store, with the pants half way down their backside, some with their shirts off and some were tatted. As they were walking past them RJ accidentally lost his balance and barged in one of the gang bangers and stepped on their shoes

"Aye, what the fuck man!! The fuck you stepping on my kicks for? You blind or sum, huh?"

All the guys back turned round, whilst RJ was already facing the guy

"I'm sorry, man. If you want I'll buy you new kicks, you want new kicks?", RJ joked and pulls out cash out his pocket and dashes it at the guys feet and laughs out loud, mocking him

Some of the guys laughed at that but then the gangbanger guy got defensive, so things got serious

"Aye you think you funny, nigga? You wanna be a comedian, nigga?! Are you fucking crazy, nigga?"

Just then RJ realised that it was getting a little out of hand and tried to calm it

"Alright, it was a joke, man", he struggled to pick his cash back up off the ground, as he was drunk

"Stupid ass nigga, you and your faggot ass friends need to show some fucking respect"

All the guys turned back round heading into the store, and one of them said, "Was dude being for real back there?", which happened to be Rico

"AYE WHAT? WHO SAID THAT BRUH?"

Some of the guys went inside the store and ignored the gangbanger making up noise except Rico, Jacob and Rodriguez and his friend Jason. They turned back especially Rico. He turned round back to face the guy, a few feet away, fearless of what could happen

"You heard what I said. Don't be slow bro", he spat

"This nigga being for real right now? Aye this nigga think he's a boss ass nigga? You coming up to me like you wanna square up, nigga?!"

"Nahh, bro. That's you, I'm just tryna go to the store in peace. Not tryna have a young ass gangbanger try and intimidate me and my guys just cause he think he's badd!"

The gangbanger laughed, "This nigga, think he's funny too", he laughed as the other gangbangers walk up close beside the guy talking

"You from here, nigga?", he asked

"You don't need to know that, my 'nigga'"

The guy laughed, "I see... cause see, I know nigga's know not to hype up and stand up to nigga, and if they ain't gonna do shit!"
