DINGGGG DONGGGGGG...

"Assalamualaikummmmm."

"Waalaikumussalam. Farra right? Masya Allah, please come in!" beamed a woman from the  inside of the gate. She jumped onto Farra and gave her a bone-crushing hug. I could not help but to feel amazed by the hospitality showed by the woman. She helped me carry her bags into the house.

She looked really beautiful, like reaaalllyyyy beautiful. She has a chiselled face which beamed of perfection. She had clear, pure skin with no imperfections, little dimples by the side of her lips that only appears whenever she smiles. Her marble grey eyes had such a strong, commanding aura, a complete opposite to her warm and welcoming smile. She was about 5'7 in height and was slim. Her black jubah flowed from waist and below. She looks like an Arab, I noticed.

"My name is Bella, and I am Imam Amir's wife. Welcome to my home, Baitul Jannah."

With that, I slowly made my way to through the porch. Their home was small, wayyy smaller than the house I used to reside in. But I could immediately feel that this home was filled with love, completely in contrast to my dead, barren house. The exterior of the house was painted in peach, and their front door was decorated with a simple fence. Right by the front gate was a small hut made out of wood, enough for two people to sit in. A round, incandescant light bulb hung on the inside of the hut, though it was switched off.  Although the house looked modern from the outside, the hut gave it a nice, traditional look. I passed by the porch, big enough for one car to be parked in and traced my way into the house.

"Quite a small house, huh?" asked Bella.

"It is, but it certainly looks beautiful, sister."

"Much better than the palace I used to live in, which had no soul, nor love." I thought to myself.

"Farra, I don't think Imam have told you this, but we welcomed you into the home because of the trust we have in Falisa. Falisa is not just Imam's student, but also his family friend since he was a child. When she asked for a help, we could not say no. I hope you uphold the trust we have on your friend," said Bella with a very calm tone.

I panicked a slight bit, but did my best to hid it with an assuring smile. She is hospitable, but also a practical woman.

The living room was painted in a shade of light pink, with brown, leather sofa and a green beanbag greeting me. A bookshelf made out of strong, teak wood stood at the place of a television. I stood infront of the bookshelf, my fingers running through the rims of the book. Suddenly, my eyes caught a 3D sculpture of the Kaabah. It looked beautiful, intricate and so real that for a moment I thought I was a giant, standing and looking out at down at the Kaabah. I extended my finger to touch the sculpture when...

"Don't touch it please, it's fragile," boomed a voice from behind. I quickly retracted my hand and turned behind impulsively. Towards the right of the living room, were two rooms built side-by-side. A man, probably a few years older than me, peeked out from the room, his left hand crossing across his chest, holding the frame of the door. He had a towering figure, probably 6-foot tall but slender, with clear, fair skin. He was wearing a white, striped shirt and black slacks.  Thick, neatly trimmed beard gave his face a masculine look. His eyebrows were slightly lifted up and he has the same marble grey eyes Bella has. He looks like a male version of Bella herself. He must be Imam Amir's brother in-law.

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to..."

"Eiden, don't scare our guest."

Eiden stared at Bella blankly.

"Eiden, this is Farra. She is the guest who will be staying at our house. Farra, that is my brother, Eiden."

Eiden gave me a small smile and a nod before uttering his salaam. I replied to his salaam while looking away from him. Okaylah, he is quite good looking. But falling for him? Please lah. Imam Amir is just over the top with his exaggerations.

Eiden vanished into his room before Bella called out to him.

"Eiden, are you going out?"

Eiden peeked into the living room again.

"Yep Belle, I'm going to my friend's house."

"Make sure you drop by at the masjid for Zuhr okay."

Eiden came out of the room, carrying a car key and squeezed her sister into a sideways hug. "Okay Belle, Assalamualaikum." he said before rushing out of the house, his head lowered.

No bye or salaam for me. Fiiinneeeeee.

"Did you clean up Farra's room, Eidennnn?"

"I did Belle, go check the room if you don't believe me."

"Don't worry, I don't believe you!' replied Bella with a cheeky smile on her chiselled face.

"Farra, you should be tired after the long drive. Why don't you go rest in your room?"

"Sure sister."

"Just call me Bella."

"Ermm okay Bella."

Bella carried my bag into the room prepared for me. And my room is exactly next to Eiden's room. Haishhhh. All this has to happen right when I do not want ANY contact with the male species. Can anyone find for me a world with no male species? Pleaseeeee.

I would have described my new room to you if I was not so tired of the drive. So instead of being a good writer, I decided to shove my shawl to the side and doze off like there is no tomorrow.

Okayyy let's do some shoutout. This chapter is dedicated to  AnnaraUmmi for suggesting a very nice name for my new character, Eiden. Also, thanks to Leena_syiha for all the votes. Your support and encouragement means the world to me. Last but not least, thanks to Kak El aka @elvrosethrone for creating a beautiful cover for RM. She is also the one who encouraged me to start writing and BAMM, here I am. Ehehehehe thank you Kak El💗. Anyways, for the next chapter, I mightttt be writing it from Eiden's point of view, so that this book will have two perspectives. One from Farra and the other from Eiden. Let's dive deep into the mind of Eidennnnnn. Okay, so I have a question to ask you. What nationality do you think Eiden and Bella is? Eheheheh keep guessing till I reveal it to y'all.
