"What are you doing..." I spoke lowly

"What are you doing?" He questions raising his right eyebrow

He takes a step closer to me.

"Did you miss me?" He added taking another step closer.

I was facing the mirror as I could see him stepping closer to me.

"Justin What are you doing in the girls bathroom." I stared through the mirror

"I was waiting for a girl and I got one ten times better." He said as he took another space

One more step and he's touching me.

"But you can't just say you want a girl and get it, without manners too." I grinded my teeth

"Oh lex, you know I get what I want. What I want is you and now. I don't like waiting."

"Well your never going to get me, have fun waiting. I'm sick of your bullshit. You don't just be demanding and think you can get what you want. You dickface." I snapped

He stepped back.

"I'm fine with waiting, I get what I want." He smirked

Pushing me up against the wall, grabbing onto my waist tightly.

"That's it!"

I yell and push him off. There was a silence and I walked toward to him, removing space from him. He stepped back.

"If you try and go near me again, or even think you can have me whenever you want, you have another thing coming. I'm sick of you acting like a dick because you have nothing down there." I step closer to him

"If you try me ever again, you are going to regret it. Never, ever lay a hand on me. Ever."

"Noted." He finally gets out as he backs away.

I wash my hands and grabs some paper towel and throw it in the bin. I headed back to my class, even though it was the last place I wanted to be after that.

"Why aren't you eating? Are you okay?" Hunter glances up at me as he chucked a French fry in his mouth.

"Yeah.just not hungry." I sighed

"You're not just not hungry. Something happened. You don't have to tell me, but if you want to I'm here."

"Justin was in the girls bathroom and was saying all this shit about how he gets what he wants. He tried to do stuff with me but I got so fucking mad. I didn't hurt him but I made it clear that if he ever tries that shit again, he's going to regret it. Then he just said noted and stayed in the girls bathroom." I picked up empty can of soda and crushed it in anger.

"Holy shit, just try and breathe. He's a wanka. It was good of you that you didn't ignore his behaviour. I'm mad for you. Weird thing is, he is put as absent today."

"Wait what?" My eyebrows raise

"Yeah I help with the ladies at the office in my spares, I had one this morning and he called in sick."

"That's strange." I said with a puzzled look on my face

"Hey why don't you come to a party tonight?"

I blankly stare at him

"Look I have a plus one. Your my best friend." He nudges my shoulder.

"Why don't you just bring a girl your interested in or something?"

"But I'm not interested in those girls, I'm nearly about to date this girl." He smiles

"Wait what!" I choke on my water

I always thought hunter had feelings for me but I honestly have been reading it wrong.

"Yeah her name is nessa, well Vanessa. She's tall. Not into partying and all that. She will go to one or two but not the regular."

"So why not take her." I say throwing a chip into my mouth

"Because what if I get drunk and say dumb shit and mess it up. I rather you be there."

"Fine I will go."

"Thanks I will pick you up."

The speakers interrupt

"Can I please have all the seniors attention. Please assemble in the gym immediately, for an emergency meeting. This is a serious matter. Please take your belongings and head to the gym as soon as possible."

Hunter and I glance at each other in confusion. I zip up my bag and lug it over my shoulder, heading to the gym. This is new, as we have never had one of these before. There was chairs and all the seniors sat down. The deputy principal was flustered and walking back and forth. He reached the podium and grabbed the microphone. His left hand shaking from the nerves. I glanced at hunter who was as confused as I was.

"Seniors, there has been a terrible occurrence that happened today. I believe some of these students in this cohort know some information to this event. I'm addressing the situation as respectfully as possible. We found Jade Louis knocked unconscious with numerous marks on her body in the girls bathroom. She is in very critical condition and is fighting her life at this moment. I believe one or more people were involved in this as police are looking for finger prints and other evidence."

My mouth dropped open. I started to hyperventilate as the pieces were coming together. It must of been Justin, he said he was waiting for a girl to come into the bathroom. I grabbed onto hunter. He looked confused but hugged me.

"Are you okay." I looked around and saw Justin who nudged me.

I felt like I was going to faint again. I tried to gain back my breathing.

"You better tell them." I spat at him

"Tell then what? I came in late today after lunch." He smiled devilishly

I gulped and sat towards the front.
