The three of you headed to an old building a few blocks away, like Connor informed. You were happy that Hank let you join the group for a while. Of course you aren't allowed to do anything but watch, but still, you were happy. And above all, excited. You usually don't get bubbly about that kind of situation, but you enjoy the suspiciousness, and how possibly dangerous a simple mission can become.

"Hey, Connor!" Hank called out. The both of you were waiting for the android to step out of the elevator. Connor opened his eyes, like he has felt asleep for a second. "You ran out of batteries or what?"

"I'm sorry," Connor said " I was making a report to Cyberlife." He remained silent and still after that.

"Well, do you plan staying in the elevator?" You layed your hands on your hips.

"No... I'm coming."

Then the three of you started walking down the hallway, looking for the suspect's door.

"What do we know about this guy?" Hank asked.

"Not much" Connor said as he followed the two of you. "Just that a neighbour reported that he heard strange noises coming from this floor. Nobody's supposed to be living here, but the neighbour said he saw a man hiding a LED under his cap."

"Oh Christ, if we have to investigate everytime someone hears a strange noise, we're gonna need more cops." Hank scoffed.

"Better not be some group of satanist teenagers." You said. "I have serious bad memories of that sort of thing..."

"Hey, were you really makin' a report  back there in the elevator? Just by closing your eyes?" Hank questioned as he  leaned on the door frame, folding his arms.

"Correct." Connor quickly responded.

"Shit..." He mumbled. " Wish i could do that..."

"Same..." You commented.

Connor approached the door and knocked it. No answer. Hank shrugged, you looked up at the android.

"Anybody home?" Connor asked.

No answer. Too polite. Hank narrowed his brows, maybe he should make another attempt.

"Open up! Detroit police!"

Then the three of you heard a loud noise behind the door, getting alarmed. You let a little gasp skip out of your mouth.

"Both of you, stay behind me." Hank pulled out his gun.

"Got it." Connor got behind Hank, and you behind Connor. Connor gestured his arm to keep you behind him, a thoughtless act. He's a bit taller than you, so you felt like a little kid towards the duo.

Hank kicked down the door, everything was quiet, and dusty. You followed Connor and Hank through the small hallway to the next door. You noticed something on the wall, a weird drawing, perhaps? You could barely see it.

Hank kicked down another door, you were right behind him this time. Suddenly you were surprised by a flock of pigeons flying all over the place.

"Argh! What the fuck is this?!" Hank cursed.

"Ah, shit!" You got scared, staggering backwards, bumping into Connor. "Oof--Sorry!"

You covered your face as you passed through the door, the pigeons were still flying around.

"Ah, Jesus, this place stinks." Hank stated.

"Indeed" You agreed. "Smells exactly like bird poop..."

Now it's time to investigate the apartment. Since you couldn't do anything, you let the investigation for the gentlemen. But you're a curious soul, couldn't help but sneak around.
