Chapter 16

Nicki and the girls had just arrived at drakes club 'XO'. They made their way to the entrance and saw there was a massive cue.

Lauren: nic I am not standing in that

Candi: yeah neither am I. You're on your own here

She rolled her eyes and chuckled.

Nicki: it's not like my man is the owner of the club is it. Follow me

Nicki made her way over to the bouncers. They knew here as the had had a few encounters.

Dream: nic, how you been. Not seen you in a while

Nicki: yeah I know it's been a while and I'm good thanks yourself

Dream: not too bad.

Nicki: good

The talked a little more before dream let them all go through.

TT: you just know like everyone

Nicki: I kind of do

The all laughed

Nicki: anyway guys I'm off to ind Aubrey I'll see you in a bit

They said their goodbye as the girls went off into the club. Nicki made her way up to drakes office which was guarded by 'Boi' another one of his body guards.

Boi: hey nic

Nicki: hey Boi. What am I in for

Boi: he's on a stressful call right now and he's been shouting a lot so I'm guessing it's not a good one

Nicki: yeah we'll see.

They both chuckled

Boi: would you like me to take that for you

He said referring to her trench coat that she had now taken off.

Nicki: yes please.

She passed him her coat and made her way into drakes office. Just by the way he was sat on the phone she could tell he was annoyed. She slowly walked over to him and straddled him. He put his free hand on her waist.

She leaned close to him and kissed his neck. She also loosened his tie in the process. It helped to relax him slightly. She kissed his cheek before whispering to him

Nicki: relax

She continued to try to relax him as he finished him phone call. He put his phone down on his desk and rubbed his temple.

Nicki: talk to me

He sighed.

Drake: I don't want to bore you with my problems

Nicki: I'm here to listen bae.

He just looked at her. He let out a smile.

Drake: why didn't you tell me you were here

Nicki: I wanted to surprise you

They just smiled at each other. He examined her closely as she sat on his lap. She looked away from him causing him to laugh

Nicki: it's not funny

Drake: aw you're so cute

She leaned in and gave him a kiss of which he accepted.

Drake: I missed you

Nicki: I missed you too brey

She gave him another kiss.

Drake: so are you here by yourself

Nicki: nope. The girls are downstairs

Drake: ah okay
