tobinspooka: i recently experienced the most fulfilling and most incredible 9 days of my life so far, with some of the most amazing people. we traveled to panama 🇵🇦 as a global medical bigrade, and worked alongside the rural communities of la venta, la candelaría, and la yengvada in coclé. during my time spent in these communities, i experienced the true simplicity of human connection, learned that sharing laughter far surpasses the use of words, and witnessed the lasting impact of public health projects and education. our literal effect may have been small, but both parties gained an immense amount of knowledge about one another that just can't be taught. to everyone who helped me there - thank you. you supplied me ant the communities of cocolé with a phenomenal opportunity and i am feeling so thankful ❤️
