In return for Miss Williams obligation of this arrangement I shall pay for Miss Williams' school fees and take care of her financially; including rent and other financial commitments.
Her hourly rate will increase from $12 per hour to $24 per hour.
This arrangement will last for 1 year or until otherwise ended by myself.

Wow that's a lot to take in. I read the contract over and over again. Trying to find fault with it.
