Kaylee Pov

Danielle and I were walking the back trail of the cabin. It was silent until we made it to the lake again.

"Danielle, what are we doing?" I said sitting on the rock next to the lake.

"I don't know." She sighed. "You know this all new to me Kaylee." She said.

"It's new to me too but I didn't do everything in my power to avoid you," I said.

"I didn't mean to do that. I'm sorry when Emery walked in I was confused and scared." She admitted.

"Okay well, what did it mean. Was it just an I broke up with my boyfriend and I'm bored? Or did it actually mean something." I asked and looked her in her eyes. Her blue eyes reflecting beautifully on the water.

"It meant something to me, Kaylee. That's what scared me. I've had boyfriends but I never felt that with someone ever." She said and I smiled. "But I don't know how my family would react. So if we are going to try this let's not say anything at least not yet." She said and I nodded.

"Of course I wouldn't do that to you," I said and she got up but I grabbed her hand. "Can we stay here just a little while longer?" I asked and she smiled and nodded
