HEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Woohoo! Chapter 50! *runs around tooting one of those horn things and throwing confetti everywhere* Honestly, I shouldn't be celebrating this... It just means that I've been stretching this story out too long. *shrugs* Whatever. I still like the number 50.

Um... on another note... I kinda... Smashed a glass panel that used to be in my front door?

BEFORE YOU YELL AT ME-

I'd just gotten back from a friends birthday get-together thing, and It turned out that a lock that never worked, that we decided to leave alone because it NEVER WORKED, had started to work again. And so we were locked out. So after a few shenanigans that involved hairpins and my mums earing, my mum asked me to try kick the door. And I did. Right in the middle of the glass.

I DON'T EVEN KNOW, OKAY? But long story short, now my door has a random piece of cardboard attached to it, and my mum is cleaning up a bunch of glass shards. Somehow my foot emerged unscathed. I am not even joking. It's so weird.

ANYWAY- ON WITH THE STORY!

.......................

Nico's POV

"Wait, she didn't want to tell us?" said Piper incredulously. "Are you kidding me? Do you realise how much time we would have wasted because of that?" Will sighed.
"I know. I mean, I thought Hecate might be a bit more reasonable than the other gods, but at the moment I swear that Hades is my favourite." Oof, Apollo isn't gonna like that. I looked out the window, awaiting some sort of signal from the gods. A rumble of thunder, a harsh sun glare, anything. But nothing happened. Hogwarts must have some serious magic floating around in order to stop the gods from showing their anger.

Piper groaned, and let her head fall into the table with a thunk. Hazel sighed at her friend, and then rested her head on her arm.

"Anything else interesting?" I nodded.
"Yeah. Apparently, Hecate mentioned something about a room which granted you almost anything you wish for, but dad doesn't know more about it." I turned on Pipers brunette hair. "He said that you had a way of finding it."

Piper jerked her head up, and frowned at me.
"I dunno, I've never heard of it."
"He mentioned it as a hiding place I think..." said Will, his eyebrows furrowing. "Or a testing room." I watched Piper's eyes light up.
"I think I might have an idea where to find it." She said standing up. "I'll be back in a sec."

She then proceeded to push her chair out and speed-walk out of the library doors. I stared at the spot she'd disappeared from for a moment, and then turned to Will.

"So." I said.
"So what?" I shrugged. Hazel sighed and rubbed her temple.
"Boys." she muttered under her breath.

I turned to her with my nose scrunched up, and then stared at her. She stared back with a pointed look. After about half a minute of this, my eyes were starting to water. Hazel's gaze was unwavering.
"Fair enough." I conceded pouting.

"Oh my ever-loving gods." said Will his eyes shining.
"What?" I demanded. He hummed while staring at me smiling.

"What?" I whined. He chuckled. He then placed a swift kiss on my forehead.
"You-" He kissed my cheek, "Are-" He kissed my nose, making me scrunch it up, "So-" He pecked my lips. "Adorable." He turned back to the book he was reading, trying to hold back a grin, but his dimples betrayed him yet again. I felt myself go red; and turning back to my work, picked up my quill again. Stupid son of Apollo.

Then a heavy bang shook the table; making me flick ink spots all over my essay for Slughorn.
"Merda." I muttered, rummaging in my bag for a ink blotter.

"Sorry, Neeks. But that was too cute!" said an excited Piper as she sat down. In front of her was a large leather-bound book.
"I took this out a while ago, but it never occured to me that I would need it!" she said flinging it open, beaming. I stared at her. Since when did Piper start acting like Annabeth?

Hazel leaned over to her, and looked at the book. Piper was now furiously flicking pages, her kaleidoscope eyes skimming over the titles.
"Uh, Pipes? Ever heard of a contents page?" asked Hazel chuckling as she gently removed Piper's hand from the book. The daughter of Aphrodite gave a nervous laugh and leaned back; allowing Hazel to turn back to the contents page. I stood up and walked over to the girls side of the table.

I leaned over to look at the contents page, and frowned. Curious Classroom Catastrophes, The Secret of The Seventh Floor, Peculiar Potion Proceedings.... Geez, wizards really like alliteration, don't they.

"None of these sound like a magical room..." said Will frowning over my shoulder. I gave a start. Never noticed him coming over here. Hazel nodded. I frowned.
"What about that?" I said, pointing at an item on the page. Hazel gasped.

"That has to be it, right?" Will nodded.
"The Room of Requirement. Seems legit to me." Piper flipped to page 146.

The words, The Room of Requirement were printed into the yellowing parchment in an imposing font.

"Woah," said Piper, her eyes skimming over the page frantically. "This is amazing!"

"What's amazing, Ravenclaw?" I whipped my head around to see a pug faced girl glaring at us menacingly. Hazel's eyes glinted.

"I'm sorry, do we know you?" She asked politely. The girl bared her teeth, and strode over to Hazel, and leaning into her face.
"No, but you will soon." she spat, her lip curling. I felt my lips curve into a frown, and I slipped my hand into my pocket, wrapping my fingers around my wand. No one talks to Hazel like that.
I felt Will's hand on my shoulder.
"Neeks, calm down. She's not even a demigod. Besides, Hazel can deal with her." he said it with such confidence that I unclenched my grip on my wand.

Hazel's face turned sour, and she leaned away from the girl.
"Um, excuse my language, but what the fuck do you want?" asked Piper, standing up. The girl whipped her head around, her short hair slapping against her cheek.

"I'm sorry, are you speaking to me?" she asked straightening up.
"Yeah." I said casually, stepped up beside Piper. Demigod or not, this girl was a bitch, clearly.

"The name's Pansy Parkinson." she said glaring at us. "And I think that you half-bloods should learn some manners."
"Wait a moment, are you alright?" said Will, his eyebrows furrowing. "You look really tired." I groaned internally.

Why the heck did he care? Look, I love my boyfriend and all, but sometimes he had no sense whatsoever. But then again... She definitely did look sleep deprived. Her skin was pasty, like she hadn't been outside in days, and her hair was unkempt and greasy. She also had bags the size of Tartarus under her eyes. I was a bit of a hypocrite about the last one, but meh.

"Yes." she snapped. "Yes I am." Her lip trembled. "Anyway, what the hell are Slytherin's doing with a pair of flimsy Ravenclaws?" she asked, recovering her composure. "I mean, every other house it useless in my opini- AGH!" Pansy stumbled backward, clutching her face.

Hazel stood between us and her, cradling her bloody wrist. Her face was terrifyingly blank. Pansy stared at her in shock.
"Y-You-" she trailed off as Hazel smiled, and cocked her head.

"Oh, sorry about that! You might want to see Madam Pomfrey, or..." She walked up to Pansy and muttered something in her ear. The girls face went pale and she shot away from the four of us.

I laughed, and looked at Hazel beaming with pride. That's my girl.
