Chapter 24 Painfully Beautiful

A week a whole week of calling Angel and him not answering my calls. He left hurt and I was the one who had done it the last image of him that was imprinted into my brain was his face full of tears, tears that I had caused with my rejection and my heart burned with guilt I was happy with my mate. I wasn't able to shift until I had the pup but my wolf was talking to me every day her name was Star Erik said was because she was the most beautiful star in all the heavens. My wolf would howl in joy whenever Erik said anything about her being beautiful I just think she liked to be spoiled by her mate I couldn't lie I loved it when he said things like that to it made me feel special the only problem was that Sophia just wouldn't leave I mean she stayed in my house and every chance she got she would drop hints about leaving me and I would just burn on the inside I wanted to punch her in the face but every time that I almost hit her Erik was here and he stopped me before things got of hands. The one thing that I was glad that I was able to do again was eat pizza at first when Erik had bit me I threw up a lot of blood but after a day of throwing up blood I started to crave food like human food I've been eating pizza and chips all week and every time Erik suggest I eat something else I growl. I felt the worst I was living a happy life when Sophia wasn't around and Angel was left to suffer.

Flashback:

" Angel I'm sorry but Erik and I are together as one he marked me as his" I said trying to reach over and grab his arm

" What?" He said shocked

" We have bonded as one" I told him soothingly

" Yeah because FUCK ME! Right? I only gave you a place to live in twice I took you in when you were broken and needed attention but Fuck me I don't matter because as soon as Erik says a couple of nice words you run back to him" Angel said with tears in his eyes and I stepped back I knew he was in pain and this was what I deserved because he was saying the truth it really only took a couple sweet words and I was putty in his hands.

" Angel I'm pregnant" I told him my voice shaky

" If that's the only reason you want to stay you could co.. come with me I can take care of you I would be the father" Angel said wiping his tears and reaching for my stomach

" It's not even like that Angel it's Erik's baby and even I can't be that cruel and take away his pup" I said hugging his. Angel just dropped to his knees and hugged me around my waist

" Don't leave me please I'll do anything I'll be anything you need me to be just come home with me we are always happiest together do you want to leave that all behind for a moment of weakness" Angel told me kissing my stomach

" She isn't going anywhere with you she's mine and she belongs here with me" Erik came into the room I knew I had to step away from his before things got out of hand.

" Is that what you really want Bere if you say yes there's no going back" Angel said getting off his knees

" Yes" I responded while Erik wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me closer to him than I thought was humanly possible

" This is the last time we will see each other I don't want to see you or hear from you again if he ever hurts you I wish you the best of luck as a single mother and as for that slut who is my mate keep her I can't have sluts like her in my pack and much less as a mate" Angel said crying as he walked out.

" He'll never forgive me will he?" I asked Erik feeling the tears run down my face

" He will baby just give him time to heal" Erik said kissing my forehead

Flashback over:

I just wanted to speak to him to at least stay friends I knew sooner or later our paths would cross again and I didn't want things to be awkward between us.

" Bere I'm home" Erik yelled as he walked in the house I was sitting on the living room couch waiting for the phone to ring.

" I'm in the living room" I called out since I had left the house had  changed the living room had 2 couches and a love sweat one couch was bigger than the other. The walls are a bright blue it looks like an actual home and it would feel like it to if Sophia would just leave. Erik walked in and sat on the couch next to me

" You want to go shop for baby stuff we can by a crib a rocking chair maybe some baby toys" He said kissing my forehead

" Yeah let's go" I told him getting up

" You mean we're going" Sophia was just standing there by the door

" No Sophia I mean my mate and I if you want stuff for the baby then I'll give you money and you can go buy stuff for it" Erik said pulling me up

" You can't do that this is your child as well you weren't complain when we slept together if I remember you just kept telling me you loved it" She said I wanted to scratch her eyes out but I felt Erik's hand tighten around my waist.

" Maybe you shouldn't of been whoring around when you knew he had a mate" I told me

" I can do whatever I want because you like it or not Erik and I will be together forever this baby ties us for life" Sophia said laughing

" Your such as slut not even your mate wanted you in my case even your mate wanted me and my baby" I told her laughing

" I said you can't go Sophia just shut up and go" Erik said walking towards the front

" Let me just go get ready" I told Erik getting up on my tippy toes to kiss him

" Hurry up" He said pulling me in tighter and kissing my neck

" If you keep me here then I wont be able to hurry up" I said laughing pushing away from him

" Fine" He said when I turned around he slapped my ass

" Hey no sex" I warned him laughing walking towards our room. My stomach was showing a little a little bump werewolves are only pregnant for 3 months. Sophia was showing more she looked round it was funny to watch her wobble around but then I remembered that that would be me in a couple of months so it was less funny. I opened my closet and grabbed a pretty a black and red long sleeve shirt and black jeans I brushed my hair out and left it down my hair looked wavy and nice good hair day and baby stuff shopping best day ever. I walked out to see Sophia trying to kiss Erik and he pushed her off

" Are you stupid do you not understand that I don't want you it was a one time fuck and I was drunk and the whole time I was thinking of Bere" Erik growled low but I still heard it, I clapped my hands and walked into view

" Nice job Sophia there you go being a slut again" I smiled and grabbed onto Erik's hand and we walked out. On the drive to the store Erik didn't say anything and neither did I it was a comfortable silence no Sophia just us. When we reached the store I went straight to the baby clothes

" Awww Erik look at this" I said holding up baby socks with little duckies on them

" You are the most painfully beautiful woman I have ever met" He said kissing me and I just couldn't believe this we were here at a baby shop buying things for our baby. We ended up buying white onesies until we found out if it were a boy a girl we would buy different colors, we also bought a light blue and a light pink blanket, a play pen, a diaper bag with little duckies on them, and night ligtht. Erik wouldn't let me carry anything he took all the bags and we went to a Chinese restaurant because he wanted some won ton soup. The minute I stepped inside I wanted to eat so he ordered me some chicken chow main and orange chicken. When we got home and got all the things inside we heard moaning coming from Sophias room I knew she was a slut, Erik didn't like here much less doing the dead in his house. When he came out Sophia was wrapped in a blanket and a guy from the pack came out after her.

" Listen Bere we just found out some good news tell her Travis"  Erik said smiling

" Sophia is pregnant with my baby" Travis said.
