This is going to be a long night
He started by asking us to go out and celebrate the success of the primary elections

I haven't had time to ask him why he left all of sudden without saying anything
I tried to decline the offer........ I really wanted to but everyone wants me to be there for one reason or the other..

Lord the way he pronounces..... Genesis makes it harder for me to breath, it almost like he gave me the name.... It sounds so well when it rolls off his tongue

Philip is right.... Simon just never stops talking and I'm beginning to doubt enjoying this dinner
I hurried to my apartment.... Even though Simon insisted on following me and making a deal out of it..... I ignored him and left the house
I drove my car inside the compound and went upstairs
Shower was as quick as possible..... Now we get to tricky part.. What to wear... I considered wearing my pink pant suit again but what is the essence of freshening up
I took out my simple short silver gown..... It is an old dress and I haven't worn it in a long time.... I didn't even know I brought it down here with me
It fit perfectly and I even loved it more tonight..... Am glad I choose to wear this...
Flat slippers of course and my purse and am good to go
I hurried back to their house and Simon already had a glass in his hand... Juliet had changed her dress too...
She's wearing a very short fitted blouse and tight skirts..... And heels
She looked at me the same way I analyzed her....
I complimented her dressing and she smiled at me and ask if she should go with the heels..... The boys were hurrying us so I told her to leave it
We got into the white land cruiser, with Simon and I in the back seat
And my poor ears had to listen to him talk until we got to the bar
It was a karaoke bar and a mini buka, it was small and filled but the vibe was cool so we decided to stay
We started with a round of pepper soup and chilled drinks.... I was the only one having cocktail 🍹 the others had alcohol
The night started well and thanks to the noisy bar... I couldn't hear any of Simon's nonsense
On the other side the married couples don't look married at all
Aside from the fact that they have three kids and they don't look it
They looked like they are on their first date
They barely talk or converse together, most times when I look at them. Julie is either whispering something to his ears and laughing on her own or pouring drinks into their glasses
Although they look really compatible.... I mean Philip is of course devilishly handsome and out of this world but Juliet is beautiful in her own way.... Tall , elegant , classy and pretty
Girls have purposely passed our table repeatedly and am sure it's because of Philip..
So when I got an SMS on my phone from Julie telling me to meet her in the Restroom.... I thought she might be getting upset from the girls pushing around her husband
Juliet was using one of the convenient when I walked in so I had to wait for her
She came out and started adjusting her skirt
"Do You have any lipstick 💄 in your purse 👛 "
"No I don't. .. Am not even wearing makeup "
