Awhile into the drive, my mind was somewhere else, it was with the dream/vision I had. I felt like I was being drawn back home, back to my parents. Though I didn't want to leave the gang but I had too, they would be safe with Dick for now. So, I asked Kory to drop me off at a bus station, so I could catch a bus back to my hometown...

I stood in front of my parents house. My eyes drifting around the porch as the porch light was on, as night was here. My brain told me to move and go inside, but my legs didn't move, they wasn't committing to their purpose. After a moment of thought, my legs began to move forward, each step took my closer to my home. My heart started to beat quicker as flashes of my dream came to light and words echoed in my head...

I was now stood in front of the door, my hand turned into a fist as it reached up to the wooden material of the door. I knocked thrice, and dropped my hand back to my side. Within seconds, the door swings open to revel my mother, her eyes connecting with mine but they held disbelief.

"Mom," I smiled brightly at her, as her face lit up like a Christmas tree. Suddenly, she pulls me into a big motherly hug, sobs escaped her mouth.

"My darling girl, you're came home visible!" She exclaims happily, as the hug was so warm and tight. I couldn't help but smile wider, as I soaked up this moment. "You better come in," she states while pulling away from the hug, practically dragging me inside. I came into the house, the door shutting behind me. My mother was slightly shorter than I was, but I followed her short stature into the living room. Once I entered I see my father standing, smiling wide as he was so happy to see me.

"Vanessa," he states in her fatherly tone, before coming forward and hugging me as I hugged him back.

"Hi Dad," I replied as he rubs my back as I soaked this moment in as well.

"Good to have you home," he pulls back from the hug, his eyes watering slightly. I offered a smile to him, as this was a warm touching moment for us all, but it wasn't why I returned home.

"I need to know something," my voice was soft but held seriousness. They both nod and sat on the couch together as I sat opposite them in the armchair, which was the same texture of the couch - which was a rose-white pattern. "I had a strange dream, and there was a voice telling me that I need to find what I've lost. But I have no idea what that is," I stressed out to them, as they were my parents and you go to your parents when you have a problem. However, both my parents looked at one another with a nervous look like they were doubting wether to tell me something. "What?" I pushed as they're eyes met back with mine.

"There's something we need to tell you?" My father began, his tone deadly serious and his eyes sharp on me. But wild things ran through my mind, it could be anything. My heart began to race, my palms began go sweat with the nerves. "You've lost a piece of yourself, and for these years we've kept it a secret," he went on but this only made me sweat some more and my heart race. "But not anymore..." it was like a big climax, wanting for the words to be drop onto me. "We're not your parents..." Those words sunk in for moment, thousands of questions ran through my mind, but I oddly kept it cool. I mean it was always a possibility in the back of my mind, but I never really considered it...

"You seem oddly calm," my Mother states, tears began to threaten my eyes my gaze upon them both as this was kind of emotion...
