I was currently sitting on a bench in a park out in Lumiose City when I heard a familiar voice call out my name, so I turned to my left and saw Calem approaching me
"What?" I asked
"How have you been?" He asked back
"Good I guess, but why do you care?" I answered
"I just wanted to give you a proposition" Calem said
"Go on" I replied
"So your aware that I like Serena....... and I know you like Ash" Calem explained
"Ok, and?"
"Isn't obvious that we should work together to make sure we have who we want for our selves?" Calem asked
"I guess your right" I agreed
"Then it's settled, the sooner the better" Calem said
"Were currently on break so now would be a good time" I suggested

I took about a half minute thinking about what he had just told me, I did like Ash a little bit and Calem did like Serena a lot.....
"Sorry, but if me and Serena are competing for Ash, it's fair game" I denied
"Your making a bad decision" Calem warned
"Your wrong, I know what I'm doing. Maybe if you were true friends with at least one of them you would understand" I replied
*Third Person POV
In another part of Lumiose City, the real unlikely duo was about to be formed.....
Gary was walking around on his own throughout the city in search of a keystone and a mega stone, wondering if he would be able to use Mega Evolution and maybe even conduct his own research on it when he spotted someone familiar in a park, swinging on the swing set
"Uh, Bonnie? Your out here by yourself?" Gary asked as he walked up
"Oh hey Gary, yeah I am" She confirmed
"Isn't that dangerous?" Gary then asked
"I can take care of myself. Plus I have Dedenne" Bonnie answered confidently
"I guess your right" Gary agreed
"Well now that your here, I was actually had an idea you would be interested in" Bonnie replied as she continued to swing
"What is it?"
"I think we both know that Ash and Serena are taking way too long to work things out" Bonnie said
"You could say that" Gary replied
* "How does she know about this stuff? Not to mention, she has a pretty high vocabulary for her age...." Gary thought to himself
"Then don't you think that together we stand at chance at helping them" Bonnie added
"Yeah thats right. I know all about girls and you seem to know a lot about this kind of stuff in general" Gary said
"So then do we have a deal?" Bonnie asked as she stopped swinging
"We do" Gary answered
"Well then we should get to action before Clemont finds me" Bonnie said
