When The General's Wife Got Jealous

A month after their honeymoon in Maldives..

It was a busy day for Marcial at the camp reviewing Intel reports and attending meetings when he received a viber message from his wife Corazon

"Pa, mag out ka ng maaga sa kampo. Daanan mo ako sa Arabella. Samahan mo ako mag grocery sa SnR ♥️😘"

Marcial cant help but smile upon reading the message from Corazon. His wife really loves using emoticons every time she sends her a message be it thru text or thru viber. He finds it awkward though coz he always thought that emoticons are just for teenagers and millenials. Marcial wasn't able to reply to the message right away coz he was on a meeting.

"Ano seen lang?? 🙄😔  Reply reply din pag time", Corazon sent him another viber message.

The General then decided to call his wife

"Hello Ma", Marcial greets his wife

"Oh bakit?? Baka nakakaistorbo ako sayo. Sige na. Mamaya na lang tayo magusap", Corazon replies.

"Sorry Ma busy lang"

" Oh well wala namang bago eh. Lagi ka namang busy General", she replied back

" Wag ka na matampo. After my meeting, Ill pick you up sa Arabella and sasamahan kita mag grocery", Marcial promised

"Promise yan Pa ha. Oh sige hintayin kita dito", then she hangs up

Hours passed by and Marcial didnt show up. Corazon tried to call him but his phone is turned off. A pissed off Corazon left Arabella's and do the groceries alone.

When she got home she went straight to their room and waited for Marcial. Its almost past midnight and Marcial hasn't gone home yet. She tried calling him but his phone is out of reach. An irritated and worried Corazon fell asleep while waiting for his husband.

Morning comes and Corazon woke up to a tight embrace from Marcial lying down beside her on bed.  His left hand gently caressing her face.

She raised her brows and removed his hands over her then get out of the bed without saying anything. To say that she's pissed off is an understatement.

"Ma, sorry",  he said in a very calm voice

" Sorry??? Gasgas na gasgas na yang sorry mo Marcial. Wala na bang bago??,  an irritated Corazon replied to her husband

" Something came up. I was about to leave my office to pick you up sa Arabella when Lucy arrived..."

Corazon cut his off.

" Lucy?? Your friend Lucy. Atty Lucy Wong. Dumating na pala siya from the States"

Marcial nods

"So siya ang kasama mo buong magdamag?? Wow. Ibang klase si General. Yung asawa niya ilang oras naghintay sa kanya sa Arabella at napuyat kakahintay pero kahit isang text message walang paramdam. Yun pala may kasamang iba", she said in a sarcastic manner

" Corazon, can you let me finish first. Kung ano ano na agad iniisip mo eh. Hayaan mo muna akong magpaliwanag", he raised his voice

" So ikaw pa ang may ganang magalit, Marcial. Wow. Pambihira"

"Look Im tired. Puyat at di pa kumakain tapos ina-nag mo ako ng ganyan", he answered back

"Oh Im sorry General. Pasensya na", a teary eyed Corazon replied in a sarcastic tone. She then left his husband. Took a shower. Drive her car and went to Jessie's house
