5.Crush?

Logan's (pov)

I straitened my tie as I knocked on Patton's door the bubbly persona opening it in a mere few seconds. "Oh Logan! Is there something you needed?" He asked a bright smile evident on his lips. "Yes I wished to ask you a few questions on the topic of emotions." He looked at me confused but opened the door nevertheless.

He sat down on his bed patting the spot next to him. I sat down and looked down at my hands. "So? What's the problem?" He asked looking over to me. "I appear to be having odd feelings around certain people." I took a deep breathe trying to recollect my thoughts. "When I'm around them I feel happy and want to spend an increasing amount of time with them. I don't mind when they joke, if they give me a compliment I can't help but feel a sense of pride like no other." I looked over to him to see him smiling widely. "Does it feel like you have butterflies in your stomach when your around them?"

"Metaphorically yes."

"Does your face heat up around them."

"I suppose yes."

"Final question. Who is he?"

"Deceit and Remus."

He choked on air as soon as I said they names. "Wait! You mean them as in plural?" I nod not exactly sure what he was getting around to. "Oh well I....Don't know what to tell ya kiddo. What you described was a crush, when a person likes someone else romantically but when it's two people I'm not so sure what to tell ya there." I nod in understanding getting up from my spot "Understood. Apologies for taking time out of your day." I head for the door ignoring Pattons apologies as I made my way back to my room to hopefully get some answers.

Two hours on google and I've found two things. Weird porn and something called Polyamory. Apparently Poly people gay or straight can be in a relationship or have feelings for more than one person. I smiled slightly leaning back in my chair. "So there is a word for it." I mumbled to myself. I'm not entirely sure what to do. Do I tell them? Would they feel the same way? What if only one returns my feelings? What if neither do? What if-

"Logan can we not talk."

I turn to see Deceit opening my door standing there awkwardly. "Of course." I say simply. I gesture to my bed and he sits down across from me, me still in my desk chair. "What seems to be problematic?" I ask adjusting my glasses. "I totally don't have strong feelings for not you." I stared in a shock as I tried to formulate what he truly meant. The answer clear. "You like me?" I ask cautiously. He nods and I can tell he's nervous by the way he fiddled with his cape. "I-I see. Well could you um well could you let me think about this for a little while. Don't get me wrong I may reciprocate your feelings but I'm just concerned about...." I trail off not knowing how to explain my romantic attraction to Remus. "Concerned about what?" He asks curiously. "If you have feelings for me then what would the problem be?" I sigh looking up to him.

"I think I like Remus too."
