Chapter Twenty Four

We arrived at our house but Dad is not yet there. I think he drove them home.

"Good night!" I said and went to my room

I opened the door and saw Gyo running towards me.

"I missed you!" I said and carried him until we reached my bed

I just changed clothes into pajamas and I lied down on my bed while Gyo is above me.

The door opened and I saw Felix, Seungmin, Jisung and Jeongin entered the room.

"Oh hey" I greeted them while caressing Gyo's head

"Can we talk to you?" Seungmin asked

"Sure" I answered and sat down

"Seems like you and Xander are getting along?" Felix

"Not really, he just told me something about his problem so I listened" I answered

"Well, whatever that is I don't want you to get close with them especially to Kevin and Xander" Jisung

"What's wrong?" I asked

"You just can't" Seungmin

"But they are not bad people" I said and looked at them

"You can talk to them but not that close. Simple talk I mean..." Jisung

"I understand" I said

They left the room except for Jeongin.

"What a tiring day" he whined and lied down

Nari Choi hurting them physically and emotionally? That's wrong! Especially to Tyler!

What kind of mother she is?

"Jeongin" I called

"Yup?" he answered and looked at me

"Are you going to believe if I tell you that Nari have this uh... looks that can hurt her children? Especially Tyler, the youngest Choi" I asked

"What's with the sudden question? I thought you like her for Dad? Looks like you changed your mind" he giggled a bit

"I'm serious" I said

"What made you think about that? Maybe she can do that and maybe she has reasons" Jeongin

"But still-" I stopped talking

"Did Xander told you?" he asked

"W-What? No" I quickly answered

"You're lying!" he shouted

"Be quiet! Yes, he told me about it. So please shut your mouth don't tell anyone" I whispered

"What happened?" he asked and quickly sat on my bed

"After their Dad died, they are being forced and used by Nari. She is their real Mom but they can't feel it. When they were still a child they are getting beaten by Nari but now Tyler is the one who's getting beaten by Nari" I explained
