CHAPTER 9

ELLIE

"Ellie please just accept my offer be my vice president sandaling panahon na lang naman oh! Biglaan lang kasi ang pag-alis ng vice president ko. Malapit na din naman ang graduation natin." Ugh!

"No. Leonardo."

"Shhhh!" Ang pagbawal saamin ng librarian ng school.

"Look Leonardo I'm not interested with it okay? Now just stop, go find someone out there that you can convince to be your vice president." Kinuha ko na yung gamit ko at lumabas na ng library.

"But-" napahinto ako at tiningnan siya ng malaman ko na sinundan pala niya ako.

"But what?" This is what I hated the most to force me to do something I don't want to do.

"I don't want to choose her." The moment he says her I know he's pertaining to Luna, then I saw her coming into our way then hinawakan ko ang kamay ni Leo and drag him to somewhere private.

"Teka bakit mo ko dinala dito?" t–teka bakit nga ba? I don't know either.

"Just tell me your reason why you don't want to choose her... To choose Luna." Halata ang gulat sa mata niya g sinabi ko yun.

"How did you know that It's Luna?"

"It's obvious that you really like her." He just brush his hair to show that he's nervous right now.

"Well why I wouldn't fall inlove with her? for me Luna is perfect. " yes she's too perfect to resist.

"My father is the owner of this school and he want me to marry Luna and I don't want to do that, I mean yes I like her but I don't want to force myself with her. We're too young."  He really loves Luna.

"So if you choose Luna to be your vice president it means that it will triggered your parents to do the wedding?" He just nod his head.

"B-but."

"Don't worry I'll do everything Ellie."

"J–just give me some time to think about it." Naglakad na ko paalis at iniwan na lang siya.

I need to find her.

LUNA

Hmmm anong meron kila Leonardo at Ellie? Haist I think I know why, si Ellie ang napili ni Leo ngayon na maging vice president niya, because he knows that if I will be his vice president it will triggered his parents to do our wedding.

"Hays."

"Masyado namang malalim yun Luna." Tumingin ako kay Belle.

"Belle." She just gave me a smile.

"Want to grab some snacks? My treat." I know she is the bestfriend of Ellie but still I–I'm not comfortable with her.

"O-ok." Naglakad na lang kami papunta sa cafeteria hinayaan ko na lang sya umorder ng para saamin at naupo na kami sa may isang table.

"Luna, can I ask you something? I know this is too straighf forward but do you alredy like someone?" W-what?

"Huh?" Okay I know how to hide my real feelings this talent is a big help for me.

"Okay if you don't want to tell me then okay. Sorry for asking that." Halata na medyo nalungkot siya kaya yumuko siya at hinarap yung kinakain niya na fries. Bakit ganun pakiramdam ko kailangan kong sagutin yung tanong niya?

"Yes." Napaangat ang ulo niya at hinarap ako.

"S-seryoso?" Tumango na lang ako.

"First love mo?" Isang tango ulit bilang sagot ko.
