I had called him the day before and asked him to come and meet me.

He was completely oblivious of his wife's infidelity. His eyes were filled with so much of love for her everytime he talked about her. He talked to me about how they couldn't find time to spend quality time with each other anymore because of Eva's business meetings.
All I could do was stare at him and wonder how devastated he wpuld be once he finds out the truth about his wife's business meetings.
He just couldn't stop himself from praising you. He told me that you were a friend for life,that I was lucky to have you in my life.
