It had been a couple of days since Eleanor last talked to Emmett. She could not bear to think of the pain she had been causing him and his family. Thankfully her mother and brother thought she was on a trip to Ireland, a place she has always wanted to go. As the days went on Eleanor slowly started to come out of Demetri's room, though she was not allowed to leave without one of the main guards. Demetri feared that someone who was not aware of Eleanor would mistake her for a midnight snack. When he told Eleanor this, she did not put up a fight. In fact, she agreed to his terms and promised not to leave the room without someone Demetri's trust. Eleanor hasn't really talked to anyone, she mostly spends her time in the garden reading books. In all honesty, Eleanor was still terrified. She was living in a castle with century year old vampires, who drink human blood. Even while she read, she made sure to be safe and tried not to get a paper cut. One wrong move and she could become a snack in seconds.

As Elenor was in the garden reading she was unaware of Demetri watching her. She was told that he went on a mission for Aro and that Felix would be watching her. Demetri slowly walked up to Felix, trying not to disturb Eleanor.

"How has she been?" He asked his best friend.

"Fine. All she has been doing is reading. I do not understand how that's fun." Felix comments with a chuckle. Felix turned to Demetri. "So when are you going to ask her?"

"Ask her what?" Demetri asked, confused.

"On a date."

"Well, I thought-" Felix cut him off.

"You really think that just because you are soulmates that she will fall for you in an instance. She's human Demetri. She may feel a connection between the two of you but it is not as strong for her as it is for you. If you want her to love you back take her on a date. Let her go out of the castle. Don't keep her locked up in here like our masters do with their wives. Eleanor may not understand why you are keeping her hidden. You need to try and win her over."

"But she has said she was fine not leaving the castle" Demetri said thinking back to their conversation about how for her safety she should remain in the castle and have a guard with her at all times.

"Demetri when a woman says they are fine, they are not. She is not a prisoner my friend. Stop treating her like on. If you want a life together you have to start acting like you want it." Demetri thought about what Felix told him and he realized that he was right. Eleanor should not be kept locked away from other humans. She needs social interaction. "Oh and let her call her family. They may be worried sick if they have not heard from her in days." Felix said and then walked off. Demetri sighed. He knew that Felix was right about everything. Demetri stood there watching Eleanor as he tried to come up with some idea for a date that he could take Eleanor on.

After a couple of hours, Demetri finally came up with an idea. Now he just needed the guts to ask her. He was terrified that she would say no. After all he did take her away from her family and friends. Demetri sucked it up and walked over to Eleanor, who was still reading her book. Demetri did not know what to say so he let out a cough to get Eleanor's attention. Eleanor looked up from her book and saw Demetri standing next to her.

"Oh, hi Demetri." She said. Demetri smiled at her. He just loved it when she said his name. He loved everything about her. This made him realize how right Felix really was. Demetri loved everything about Eleanor. Her smile. Her laugh. How she rubs her eyes when she's tired. But he never tried anything to get her to like him back. 

"Uh, hi Eleanor. Umm I just had a question for you. Would you, umm, like to maybe go on a date with me tomorrow night?" Demetri asked as he rubbed the back of his neck. Eleanor was shocked. She did not think that Demetri would actually ask her on a date. Eleanor blushed as she looked back at him.

"Uhh, sure." She said smiling. Demetri was shocked and happy. He did not think she would actually say yes. Sure Elenaor was still scared of him but she did enjoy the times they spent together before Demetri basically kidnapped her. This was a chance for Eleanor to see if Demetri was real in those times or if he was faking. Demetir held out his hand for Elenaor to take.

"It is getting late. You should get back to rest." Demetri said. Eleanor looked up and did not realize how late it had actually gotten. She nodded and put her book mark in and closed her book. She gently grabbed Demetri's hand and walked alongside him. Eleanor would be lying if she said she did not feel any sparks going up her arm. Once they got back to Demetri's room, Elenaor grabbed her pajamas and went into the bathroom to do her nightly routine. When she walked back out she noticed Demetri was still there, sitting in the corner reading one of her favorite books.

"People actually read this stuff?" He asked her.

"Yes, it's a really popular book series. They also made it into a movie series as well."

"I do not understand it. How do people believe all of this to be true?"

"Well, they don't. They read it for entertainment." Eleanor said as she giggled a little. "But in all honesty, it could be true. I mean vampires and werewolves exist, so why can't wizards?" Demetri closed the book giving her a playful glare.

"Well, they don't. Sorry to burst your bubble. Now get to bed, we have a big day ahead tomorrow." Eleanor nodded and slipped into bed. Within minutes she was already asleep. Once Demetri noticed this he picked up the book again and started reading. He wouldn't admit it but he was really enjoying Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.

I'm back! Sorry this took so long to write and that this is a little short. Between finishing up school and then having writer's block, it took so long and I sincerely apologize. I tried fixing it but nothing seems to work. Oh well, what are you gonna do. I also want to say that I have been coming up with other stories to write as well. Between a Kol fanfic to an Anakin Skywalker, to a Bucky fanfic, the list keeps growing! I have so many ideas popping into my head that I hope I can write all of them down. I also want to go back and edit all my existing stories. But seriously, thank you all so much for being patient and also reading my story. Oh, also does anyone watch Lucifer on Netflix? I started watching and already on season four! It is so good! I may consider writing a fanfic for it but I don't know. Let me know if you would want one if you watch the show. If you don't I highly recommend it. Since we are on the topic of Netflix, what do you all recommend? I need some new shows to watch during the day. I also have Disney + and I already watched all Hannah Montanna and Wizards of Waverly Place. Gosh, such throwbacks.
