WHOEVER WAS IN THE suit that Tony had once wore was the first one to charge. Although, they didn't do much damage as Thanos lifted his hand that was clad in a golden gauntlet and the figure turned purple and transparent as they flew through Thanos, landing on the other side of him and becoming engulfed in the stone.
Steve went next, but a purple mist surrounded him as Thanos waved his hand and he was thrown to the ground, almost as if it were in slow-motion.
Black Panther attacked next, leaping at the purple titan, but Thanos merely grabbed hold of his neck with one hand and sent a blow to his head with the other, causing the superhero to fall to the ground.
Next was Sam, who was flying towards him, a gun in each of his hands, sending blast after blast at Thanos, who once again, sent him to the ground with a wave of his hand.
"Wanda," said Vision from beside her. "It's time."
"No," she said.
"They can't stop him, Wanda, but we can." He grabbed her wrist and turned her to face him. "Look at me. You have the power to destroy the Stone."
"Don't," she warned.
"You must do it. Wanda, please," Vision begged. He brought her hand up to his cheek. "We are out of time."
She looked back at him with teary eyes, her bottom lip trembling. She shook her head. "I can't," she whispered.
"Yes, you can," he whispered back. "You can. If he gets the stone, half the universe dies. It's not fair." He held her hand in front of his face as she backed away slightly, shaking her head. "It shouldn't be you, but it is. It's alright," he assured her. "You could never hurt me."
