'So, Admiral Karath, what is the source of Revan's power?

'It will destroy your Fleet with ease.

'What?!

A shock went through Saul's collar.

'I will never say!

'Hm, maybe I should just kill you... He ignited one of his lightsabers. I've heard you destroyed your own homeworld just to prove your loyalty to Malak and Revan. I haven't seen so much cruelty since the Huk War. Are you ashamed of yourself?

'Whatever you say, I won't listen to you.

'The maybe losing some limbs will change your mind. He slashed his lightsaber and cut one of Karath's legs.

'Arghhhhhh!

'You know, I can continue until you will have only your pivotal organs left. It's your choice. But I think you need some time to think. Farewell , Admiral!

Grievous left the Prison Block. Sith, always stubborn and idiot. Hm... but Sidious and Dooku were Sith. Yet , he couldn't beat them. They were too powerfull. Perhaps, his journey through the Old Republic will make him better. He should ask the Jedi about this. He approached Bastila's quarters. The General decided not to knock and opened the door. The Jedi was meditating.

'General... shouldn't you knock before you enter someone's chambers?

'As long as those chamber belong to me, no.

The girl didn't respond.

'So, what are your special powers , jedi?Grievous growled.

'Why does it matter?

'It matters! Why else would I

keep you alive?

'Because you are a kind man, I think.

'Hahaha...

'You should have a heart , droid to speak like this and feel these emotions.

'Well, you are right, I do have  a heart, but it is encased in a strong duranium chestplate. I think you understand the meaning.

Bastila frowned.

'Now tell me... why are you so special.

'I have a powerfull skill, named Battle Meditation. If someone is very talented with it, it can change the fate of a battle, as I did many times in the past. Revan wants me for my powers or destroyed, because without my help, the Republic would have fallen by now.

'Why would droids need motivation? You power is useless!

'Still, the Republic needs it.

Grievous growled dangerous.

'Prepare yourself. We are meeting Tol Cressa.

'The Chancellor himself?

The General left the room without responding. Once he reached the Command Bridge, he contacted the leader of the Republic.

'I assume you rescued our ally?

'Yes, I did. However, Admiral Karath's forces were able to destroy Taris the same way they destroyed Telos. I am afraid I couldn't save the planet.

'That's sad news, but with your allegiance and our weapon back, we will crush Revan's Empire!

'Good, I like your enthusiasm, Chancellor. But we need to find out what is the source of the Sith's endless manpower. And it seems I cannot find out from our friend, Saul.

'You captured Admiral Karath?!

'Yes. But I assure you, by the time I reach Coruscant, the secret will have been revealed.

'Perfect General! I am waiting you. Goodbye!

'Farewell, Chancellor!

Grievous was intrerupted by the Captain Nar.

'Sir, Admiral Karath has tried to contact you!

'What seems to be the problem?

'We don't know sir...

'So I have to find out myself. Incompetent fools!

And with that, the General left for the Prison Block...
