Part 2

A few days passed since Dojun met Felix, the smaller boy couldn't help but sometimes having the freckled boy pop up in his mind, he really made a bad day turn better and Dojun was really thankful for that.

Today he had his first day as a freshman, he had orientation yesterday so he was a bit out of it and a bit tired but that didn't mean he wasn't excited.

He and Jeongin walked to school excitedly after they got off the bus when they got to the university they took deep breaths and looked at one another with the biggest smiles.

"I will see you later okay? If anyone messes with you tell me immediately" Jeongin said and hugged the small boy tightly, the boy could only laugh.

"We aren't in high school anymore Innie, but I will tell you if anything happens, no get going the music department is like on the other side of campus," he said to his best friend and the latter nodded sadly and broke the hug.

"Bye Jun," he said and started running.

"Bye Innie," Dojun said and started walking to his department, he was majoring in videography, and Jeongin was a vocal major, they had always promised that once they have the needed skills that Dojun will do all the recording for Jeongin's music videos, it was their pact since they were in 8th grade when both found what they liked doing.

Dojun walked towards his own department, he walked passed the dance department, he heard what sounded like an argument coming from one of the practice rooms, since they were on the bottom floor.

He didn't mind it much thinking it was just a fight about creative differences, he continued onto his class and when he got there, he saw a lot of first-year students but he wasn't big on interacting with people so he headed into the classroom immediately and took the first seat he could get which was right in front in the class, he was kinda thankful he was early since he was practically blind and if he ended up in the back of the class he would struggle to see.

As he was setting his things up he saw from the corner of his eyes that someone also entered the classroom, the person sat down right next to him, they tapped him on the shoulder and when he looked at them they waved at him.

"Hi," the boy said cutely with a smile, Dojun looked at him a bit shocked and returned the smile.

"I'm Byeomgyu and you are?" the boy asked as he took his things out.

"Uhm I'm Dojun," he said awkwardly.

Beomgyu started laughing, he found Dojun adorable, the boy was smaller than him it was hard not to find him cute.

"Is Videography your only major?" he suddenly asked Dojun, the small boy nodded.

"Yep, how about you?" he asked.

"I minor in vocal," he said with a small nod.

"Oh, I have a friend who is a vocal major... I should introduce you two since I heard you guys have a lot of group projects then at least you know someone in the first-year students" Dojun said.

"Please do, my one friend is also a vocal major but he is already a Sophomore," Beomgyu said with puppy eyes.

"Do you have plans for lunch?"

"No both my friends have classes our lunch doesn't line up," Beomgyu said sadly.

"Then come with me? Then you can meet him" the boy basically lit up at the offer and nodded happily.

"Def-" before he could finish speaking the professor came into the class, he just smiled at Dojun and gave the boy a thumbs up.

Their class continued on and the two helped one another with notes, Dojun was surprised with himself as he usually isn't very open about making friends, he was mainly scared but it seemed to him that Beomgyu was quite harmless that's why they got along so quickly.

When lunch came around, the two boys hurried out quickly, they slowed down once they got out of the crowded area, they walked and talked about random things, giggling as they were going.

When they got to the cafeteria they both looked around with big eyes, it was a lot different than high school, there were a lot more people but it seemed like there were no cliques.

Anyone sat with anyone and it seemed like everyone was getting along, as they were scanning through the endless amounts of people Dojun finally saw their target.

Dojun grabbed Beomgyu's wrist with a big smile. "There he is," he said happily and the two walked towards Jeongin.

When they got to the table, Dojun released Beomgyu's wrist.

"Innniieee~," Dojun said happily, he felt as if he hasn't seen his friend in ages when in reality it was only for a few hours, Beomgyu couldn't help but awkwardly smile, he felt a bit out of place especially since the two seem to have been friends for a long time.

"Hi Junnie, you brought a friend? Is he nice to you" Jeongin looked at Beomgyu with a stern look, which made Beomgyu feel a tiny bit scared.

"Yes, he really is nice, Beomgyu this is my best friend Jeongin, Jeongin this is Beomgyu, he majors in Videography like me and Minors in vocal like you do, I brought him with so you two can make friends with one another, it will make projects a little easier"

Dojun sat down and patted the seat next to him so Beomgyu could also sit down.

The three went to get their food and went back to their seat, slowly but surely the three chatted and got comfortable with one another, Jeongin was skeptical about Beomgyu at first but he seemed like he was okay so he decided to let his guard down.

When lunch was over Dojun went to the library and Jeongin and Beomgyu went to their next classes.

Although they did nothing class today, Dojun had to wait around for Jeongin to get out of class.

He wondered around the place, just looking around. At one point he ended up taking a book, and just sitting on the balcony he read the book.

He was almost done with the book when his phone started ringing, he fished it out of his pocket and check the caller ID and answered with a big smile.

"Hyung~" he answered.

"Hi, how are you?"

"I'm okay thanks and you hyung?"

"I'm okay, I just miss you a lot" his brother replied.

"me too hyung, when are you getting back?"

"I'm flying back on Friday, Eunmi will pick me up at at the airport since mom and dad aren't speaking to me suddenly"

Dojun frowned a bit, he knew why they weren't talking to him but why are they ignoring his brother?

"Oh well-" Dojun was about to say something but got interrupted "Junnnniiie" he heard Jeongin call.

"Junnie you go be with your friends okay? I'll be back soon then we can hang out" His brother said, Dojun tried not to sound too disappointed when he agreed and hung up.

He gave Jeongin a small smile when the boy mouthed sorry to him.

"Let's get home okay?" Jeongin asked and Dojun nodded.

The two walked out of the library, Dojun wasn't really in the mood to talk and Jeongin didn't push him either, he knew Dojun long enough to know when the boy needed space.

When they got home, they ordered dinner and took turns washing up and eventually, both went to their rooms.

Before Dojun fell asleep he remembers looking through his contacts and seeing Felix pop up, seeing his name made him feel a bit better and he fell asleep with his heart feeling a little lighter.
