This chapter goes over the secret fleet of the Ghost. This fleet is hidden at a remote place that is restricted airspace and restricted area only accessible by the Ghost. Location: 2nd main HQ for the ATLAS CORP/The Ghost. Location of place is unavailable at the time. Only high ranking officers, Irons, and Matt(Ghost) know of the location even then codes are required. Failure to have codes results in dire consequences. Many have tried to find it, all have failed or died for getting to close.

The dragon is no longer there. Sanus is pushed downward to the same lvl as Menagerie. The whole island of Anima is pushed over to the right then downward so it's lower but at the same height as Sansus. Solitus is pushed to the right until it's under RWBY: WORLD OF REMNANT. Then downward until it's touching the "Key" of the map. The primary HQ is in between Vacuo and Vale(At the tip of the end "S" of Sanus. The 2nd HQ well with the whole world moved the way I described it and the dragon island no longer being there all that water is controlled by the Ghost with the secret fleet protecting the 2nd HQ which is located where the head of the dragon island was.
