Ricky unlocked the front door and entered, instantly noticing the scattered rose pedals along the ground. His eyes rose to view lit candles that led into his living room. A small smirk tugged at the corner of his mouth as he followed the path of flower pedals. Once he reached the final destination, he smiled widely as he saw that you were the result at the end.
There you were, standing with a box of chocolates and holding up his favorite movie. All Ricky cared about was the cute smile spread across your lips. It was like in an instant, everything bad completely disappeared. You gently put down the objects and walk up to Ricky, embracing him tightly. You didn't say a word, and neither did Ricky.
Ricky's eyes fluttered shut as he pressed you closer to him, he never wanted to let go
"Thank you so much [Y/N]," he whispered softly into your ear. "I love you so much."
