Naira's POV
I was really excited to go camping, my parents never let me go outside, forget camping!! Kartik told me that this town have a forest which has been made into camping site for the tourist recently, he said that we are going to spend our last day at the camping site and then from there directly we will take the flight home next morning.
"So what about our stuff?" I asked him
"It's already been packed and delivered to our campsite" he said.
We arrived at some boundary point and from there we walked towards our campsite, it was beautiful when I saw it, there were four camps set up by the huge lake, which has a nice view of the mountains.
"It's awesome" I said trying to control my excitement
"I always wanted to take you out in the city for a tour, because you were a tourist here, but then when you're life got in danger, I have to keep you under security, you didn't get the chance to see the whole city, you didn't get the chance to experience the thrill, so I thought maybe I can do a little bit, it's nothing" Kartik said and I looked at him confusedly, he thought about me, he took care for me, and my needs and here he is the perfect man standing infront of me.
"Whatever you did was for my benefit , and I'm really grateful for that" I said hugging him and giving a kiss on his cheeks.
We remained like this for some time until we were rudely interrupted by a guide, he told us about some security and do's and don'ts .
"That's all folks, there are food supplies in your camp, enjoy your stay" he said and walked away fastly .
"It's already evening , what shall we do?" Anna asked
"Let's do bonfire" James said
"Then go and collect sticks for it"Chloe said
Four of them groaned and went in the woods to collect wood for the bonfire.
After some time, we heard some commotion and then a poisonous smell hit our noses
"What is that smell, and why are the people shouting?" Anna asked while covering her nose
"I don't know, let's find out" I said
We went towards the source of the sound and saw that a camp was on fire, suddenly I was grabbed by someone, my instincts kicked in and I punched the person's nose
"Ow!" he said, the voice sounded familiar "It's me Kartik"
"Oh my, I'm so sorry" I said trying to see his nose which was bleeding right now
"It's fine, let's go" Kartik said grabbing my hand again
"But the camp..." I was cut off when Kartik gave me a 'I will tell you later' look
We all arrived at the camp.
"What happened there?" Chloe asked impatiently
"We were finding wood for the bonfire, but then these two guys came out of nowhere and started threatening us that this is their part of the camp , so we should leave, I tried to settle the matter with peace because for us it is either peace or guns, James even went further and made fun of one of the guys" Issac explains
"What did James said" I asked
"He said , he will put his pants on fire and he will be running like a mad animal in the whole forest and then the guy challenged him that he can't do that because he's weak and all" Kartik said while holding his nose.
"So James put their camp on fire instead" William completed the story, we were all shocked but James was grinning
"What's more relaxing then setting something on fire?" James said while grinning
"A lot of things!" We all shouted
