After buying Japanese food and some alcohol, we headed back to the resthouse.

"Unnie, let's go all out tonight! There's no one in the resthouse but us so we don't need to worry about the embarrassment afterwards."

I put on my helmet before chuckling a little bit. God, Jennie you don't know how much I've been craving to go all out ever since I hurt myself.

I mean, it basically restrained myself from all of the cool activities. Which is the reason why I decided to be lenient with myself and said, fuck exams. I didn't think I'd have this stupid epiphany over a single weekend.

"Unnie?" Jennie called out as we rode back to resthouse. I leaned back a little to hear her better while I focused my attention to the road.

"Hm?"

"You still like Taehyung, right?"

Huh.

My eyes widened and I felt my heart waver. I tightened my grip unto the motorbike handle before swallowing.

It hits different when being confronted by other people about it.

I can't exactly lie. I mean, she's been teasing me about it for so long and I didn't falter not one bit until... now.

"Yeah, and then?" I unexpectedly asked while I had a smile.

"Are you okay?"

Oh, Jen.

"I'll be alright. We still have memories that'll always be embedded in the back of my mind. If I have that, I'll be just fine for now."

And then the rest of the ride was silent. When she got down, she immediately ran. I couldn't even tell her not to tell the others because it will create a difficult situation with Irene.

I only wore a tainted smile before taking the motorcycle back to the garage.

"Unnie, here. Jungkook said it's... b-bribery." Lisa said, and I swear she's blushing if it weren't for the looming darkness in the garage.

"And he's too ashamed himself to bribe my mouth shut?" I asked and peeked inside the black plastic big she offered.

"No, there's something else I need to talk to you about."

I turned my head to him and I could only make out his figure.

"Okay?" I replied, keeping my snicker. Ah, he just made it a lot harder to take him seriously after earlier.

"I saw you talking with Taehyung, last night. I was with Irene Sunbae."

My expression dropped and I felt my knees weaken. I.. I knew that. Yeah, I thought of that when I saw them. But

Kook too, he just went and told my anxiety about last night to shut up because it's right.

"Ah, he just comforted me about my worries. I'm not all too laid back in doing this escapade since finals are just around the corner."

Jungkook exited the garage and shrugged.

"If you say so, but I did tell you you'd regret that day."

I laughed a little. He did. You'd think you'd get alarmed a little when someone tells you that but no, you'd really just overlook it.

I think I do but there's nothing to do now.

"Ah Kook, and I still don't." I said and walked past him. I turned around and smiled. He only sighed heavily before shaking his head.

"Aigoo, noona. I did tell Chaeng and the others to stop teasing you and look at you now--AHH!"
