"She's quite a character," Vivienne couldn't help but laugh seeing Miles completely, and utterly, worn out.

"That girl must have the size of a pea for a brain," Miles rubbed his nose, trying his best to calm the aching headache prompting in his temples.

"It seemed she fancied you," Viv teased with a half-hearted grin, "She was practically drooling at the mere sight of you."

Miles was increasingly getting more irritated simply thinking about the ridiculous discussion he had just encountered a few hours ago. "I recommend you shut your mouth," Edgeworth suddenly snapped, sending Vivienne into a wave of despair and shock.

Memories flashed before her, and instead of being the open girl she was trying to be, she completely shut down, turning into a lifeless robot. "Oh? My apologies. Have a good night," Viv stood up, rushing over to the door without having to face Miles any longer.

It's like no matter how much she attempts to connect with the attorney, he ends up pushing her away. Vivenne decided to call it a day. After the events of today, she was utterly exhausted, and was looking forward to comfort in her bed.

As Vivienne sat staring at the ceiling as the bed cradled her body, she couldn't help but let her mind escape. Escape to places she didn't want to be anymore.

Edgeworth was like a curse. He was always in the back of her mind, knacking at her, teasing her, whispering secrets into her ear all so she couldn't get him out of her mind. It was disgusting. The thought made her sick. All she wanted was a day where the rather rude attorney wasn't on her mind, and yet she couldn't even get that one piece of solitude. With that in mind, Viv whisped off to sleep, only having one thing haunting her dreams.
