The sudden introduction of the Sniper of the East Geiz Marufuji has caught the Bliss Republic off guard. The Goddess and the Viper were rallying the group in the locker room.
Alexa: now, Geiz was just a minor setback; even Randy and I didn't expect him
Randy: Elleon, you want revenge against him, correct?
Elleon silently nodded.
Randy: so you and Geiz will be in a one on one match this Wednesday on NXT
Elleon nodded and smirked.
Alexa: now let's shift gears to the main event mixed tag team match. Finn, Bayley are you two set?
Finn: Alex wants to play as an angel, then tonight the Demon King is coming
Bayley: along with his dangerous queen; Tegan pinned me, so she thinks she'll get a title shot at me, I don't think so
Randy: you two can handle them
(With the Brotherhood)
Geiz has formally introduced himself to the group and has told his illustrious career from the Japanese promotion NOAH to his dominant run on NXT.
Alex: you know, I've faced your mentor before, and I barely survived
Geiz: Suzuki-sensei is intimidating in the ring; no matter how much you try to hurt him, he'll just laugh it off
Alex: scary
The group continued to chat with Geiz, but Alex was in his locker room to warm up for the main event match as he teams with Tegan to combat Finn Balor and Bayley. The Shiniest Wizard had scored a major upset last week on SmackDown after pinning the Raw Women's Champion clean.
Alex had a feeling in his gut that Finn will go out to the ring under his Demon King alter ego, so he decided to fight fire with fire and go out as his rebirth persona, the One-Winged Angel. He heard a knock on the door.
Alex: come in, it's unlocked!
The door opened and it was his tag partner Tegan.
Alex: oh hey, you need something?
Tegan: just want to go over strategy
Alex: just have eyes at the back of your head, you won't know if Dakota may interfere again
Tegan: you're in your rebirth gimmick
Alex: I have a feeling Finn is gonna bring the Demon King out
Tegan: fight fire with fire
Alex: an entity against an entity
Tegan: speaking of entities, do you think the Fiend will show up?
Alex: if he does come out of his nuthouse and fight, then I'll be ready
Tegan: alright, I'm gonna go warm up; see you soon
Alex: later
Later, Alex walked around the arena until he saw the Goddess all alone.
Alex: wonder what the wife is up to
He walked towards the Goddess' direction.
Alex: Alexa!
Alexa turned to see her husband walking towards him. She was happy to see her husband; she wanted to talk to him for a long time, but it was too risky as it will break the storyline. She motioned him to follow her into a closet. The Brotherhood leader followed and shut the door.
As they were alone, the Goddess gave Alex a tight hug as tears fell from her eyes.
Alexa: baby, I'm sorry; I didn't want this to happen
