Suprise Visitor

"Morning sleepy head." Barry said smilng as Kara woke up.

"Morning babe." She said sitting up

"How long have you been awake for?" Kara asked 

"About 15 minutes." Barry said smiling

"15 minutes how come you didn't wake me up earlier." She said slapping his chest 

"Because i didn't want to wake you and you looked so peaceful." Barry said kissing her cheek

"And i was thinking how cute you are when your sleeping." Barry said as she blushed.

"That's both flattering and creepy." She said laughing

"Have i ever told you that i love your laugh." He said smiling as she leaned her head on his chest

"Nope." She said 

"I love your laugh." He said as she kissed his cheek.

"I'll make breakfast you can stay here i don't think your foot has fully healed yet." Barry said standing up and seeing Kara's frown

"Babe, i know you hate feeling helpless but you need to heal." He said 

"I know, but i love speding time with you. Even if it's just making breakfast or washing dishes" She said frowning that Barry left her on the couch.

"Okay." He said picking her bridal style and sitting her on the counter

"Can you mix the batter?" Barry asked as she smiled and nodded

The two made pancakes while singing and laughing when they heard the front door unlock. They looked at eachother and shrugged.

"Did you invite someone?" Barry asked

"No, did you?" Kara asked as Barry shook his head

"Kara, Barry?" A familiar voice called out.

"Alex we're in the kitchen." Kara called excitedly as Alex walked in

"Hey Kara, what no hug?" Alex said smiling

"Sorry, i stepped on a sharp rock yesterday." She said pointing to her bandaged foot.

"Oh my god, are you okay?" Alex said running over

"Yeah, i'm fine, Barry patched me up." Kara said smiling and looking at Barry

"Thanks, Barry." Alex said

"Not that i'm complaining but why are you here?" Kara asked 

"What you guys aren't the only ones who can have a little romantic getaway." Alex said as Kara smiled widely

"Who's the luckly guy?" Barry asked 

"Girl." Alex corrected as Barry's eyes widened

"What's her name?" Kara asked grabbing Alex's hands

"Her name is Caitlin Snow, she works with me at Mercury Labs" Alex said smiling as Barry started to choke on his juice.

"What do you know her?" Alex asked

"No, no her name just sounded familiar." Barry said smiling

"Hey, guys." Caitlin said walking into the room with two suitcases

"Hey, i'm Kara Danvers" Kara said holding out her hand

"Yes, Alex has told me so much about you, who's the handsome man." Caitlin said as Kara blushed and slightly frowned. She didn't like it when other girls would call HER boyfriend 'handsome' or 'hot'. But she knew Barry would never cheat on her.

"I'm her boyfriend, Barry Allen, nice to meet you." Barry said holding out his hand to meet Caitlin for the first time again.

"Nice to meet you too." Caitlin said smiling

"Hope you guys like pancakes." Barry said smiling as they nodded.

"Good, cause they'll be ready in a few minutes." Kara said as Barry nodded.

"Where do i put these bags?" Caitlin asked.

"This is our last day here, we'll be packed up by lunch." Kara said smiling

"Oh, okay." Alex said

Caitlin and Alex sat on the couch while Barry and Kara finished the pancakes.

"Pancakes are ready!" Barry called as Caitlin and Alex walked back into the kitchen and each took a plate

"Kara, do you need help?" Alex asked as Kara nodded

"I got it." Barry said picking Kara up bridal style and kissing her forehead

"Barr, what about your pancakes?" Kara asked laughing

"You're more important." He said smiling as she bkushed and rested her head on his chest

"You too are so cute." Alex said taking a photo.

"Alex, delete that." Kara said pointing her finger at Alex who smiled and ran away.

"You'll have too catch me." Alex said running away

"Such a child." Kara said crossing her arms and pouting

"Trust me, you'll be thankful when you and Barry have get married." Caitlin said laughing. It still freaked Barry out that Caitlin or her doppelganger was here. It reminded him too much of how much he had hurt her, first with Ronnie then with Killer Frost.

Barry walked over and placed Kara on the couch and smiled.

"Thanks, Barr." She said smiling

"No problem." He said walking back to the kitchen to get their pancakes.

"Here you go" He said smiling and giving her a plate.

"Thanks." She said 

"Why do you keep thanking me?" Barry said laughing and sitting next to her as she placed her head on his shoulder and he wrapped an arm around her waist.

"Because i love you." Kara said kissing his cheek.

"Are you ever going to stop thanking me?" Barry asked with a smile

"I'll stop thanking you, when i stop loving you. Which will be never." Kara said as Barry smiled and kissed her.

"I love you so much." Barry said kissing her temple.

"They really are cute together" Caitlin whispered to Alex who smiled and nodded

"Yeah, they're perfect for eachother." Alex responded kissing Caitlin's cheek. Alex smiled and slowly took out her phone to take another picture, but Kara saw and tapped Barry on the shoulder, they looked at the camera as Barry smiled and Kara kissed his cheek.

"Can i see?" Kara asked as Alex nodded and handed her the phone

"It's perfect." Kara said smiling

"Just like you." Barry said kissing her temple as Alex sighed and Caitlin laughed.

After they had finished their breakfast Barry started to pack all their stuff while Kara sat on floor and helped.

"I hate this bandage." Kara said pouting on the floor

"I know, but Caitlin is a doctor and she said you'll be able to walk tomorrow." Barry said smiling but saw Kara still pouting with her arms crossed. Barry saw this and tipped out all the clothes that were in the drawer on the floor.

"Why'd you do that?" Kara asked as Barry sat next to her.

"So we can do it together." Barry said smiling as Kara smiled widely at him.

And from that moment on Kara knew she had found the one. The true love of her life. 

Barry was no different, seeing Kara smile and get excited to spend time with him even if it was just folding clothes made his heart melt and he knew 100% no doubt in his mind he would prefer a life being married to Kara then a life as The Flash and being married to Iris.
