Prologue

When the war ended centuries ago, the Gifteds were born. They are people that inherited powers and abilities from the Gods and Goddesses, and called them gifts.

There are three kinds of gifts.

The most common one is control type. Iyon 'yong mga Gifteds na kayang kontrolin ang kahit anong specialty ng mga Gods and Goddesses na napagmanahan nila. Just like the heir and heiress of Poseidon, most likely, kaya nilang kontrolin ang tubig.

The next one is counter type. Kadalasan ito 'yong mga Gifteds na kayang talunin ang mga kalaban nila nang hindi man lang gumagalaw. The moment they use their gift, may chansang hindi mo na sila mahawakan. Because with just using their eyes, they can control their ability.

The last and rarest one is takeover type. Though kahit sinong God ay pwedeng magkaroon ng gift na 'to, sobrang bihira lang ang chansang makakita ka ng ganitong gift. It is the ability to takeover something and have its abilities. Sa buong buhay ko ay dalawa lang ang kilala kong may ganitong gift. Liev and me.

Sa paglaki ko ay lagi akong nasasabihan na sobrang swerte ko raw sa gift ko. Na walang makatatalo sa akin dahil dito.

Having a takeover gift, to be the water itself, a body that can be a monster, or be a bomb yourself.

It really is an overpowered ability.

But I'm not dumb.

Malaki ang tiwala ko sa gift ko lalong-lalo na sa kakayahan ko. But I'm not stupid enough to not know my limits.

I may have the advantage to other gifteds, pero alam kong kapag dumating ang araw na makaharap ko sila ay wala akong chansa.

Ang tatlong tagapagmana ni Cronus. The God of all Gods.

Ang mga gifteds na ayokong makaharap kahit kailan man.

But fate is really something. Maybe I was born under a lucky star.

Because I've met all three of them.
