"Ammi I am totally fine wallahi, no need for all this fa" I groaned through the phone
"Ayya said it, I think it will be better if you do just as she said" Ammi said and I sighed, just then Babi came into my room
"Fine Ammi, I'll let him know dai" I said looking at him as he kissed my backhand
"Aha dear take good care of yourself and the baby please" she said making my smile grow wider as I stare into that eyes. Damn!!
"Insha Allah Ammi" we said our goodbyes before ending the call
I smiled moving closer to him, I placed my head on his chest where I can feel his heart beating.
"Ayya said I need more care now so I should go home. And I don't want to" I said calmed, he rapped his arms around me
"No one is forcing you to do anything henceforth baby, you surely can stay if you don't mind" he kissed my forehead, my smile grows wider and I tightened my hold on him
"I don't want to miss you, and I can't live months without you Babi" I told him, he soothingly draw circles on my back
"I'll be there almost all the time for you and my baby, you ain't gonna miss me but rather get tired of seeing me. Lets try to do this at least for the baby's sake" he kissed my forehead
"Huh, you know I don't get tired of you" I told him
"Yes sure, I know baby na nidai kar ranki ya baci now" he said making me chuckle, Babi can be so dramatic sometimes.
"Kwantar da hankalinka, nifa ba fushi nace nayi ba. I'll do just as you said and go home, for you" I tightened my arms around him
"Okay baby, I'll get going now" He said as we pulled back
"Nidai gaskiya you are the one to take me" I pouted, he chuckled
"Allah da gaske babyn Babi?" He joked caressing my cheeks
"If not nifa babu inda zani" I told him
"A'a Hajiyata I swear yanda kike so za'ayi" He hugged me to his chest
"Good boy" I chuckled
"I'll insha Allah be back by 2 to take you, kinga sai I'll also stay till dinner before coming back" he said and I nodded
"Allah ya dawo min da kai Lafiya" I smiled
"I prefer a practical goodbye" he winked making me chuckle, Babi!
I joined our lips together and let him kiss me till satisfied, he pulled back having that smirk on
"Zaki kasheni Saleema" he said sluggishly walking towards the exit
"You'll not die baby" I smirked back at him chuckling

"Look at her, Saleema na you're about to become a mama fa so better grow up and stop your childish acts" ammi said making me pout
"Uhm-uhm fa Ammi, Saleema is not anyone's but Ya Abdus'" lala said and I sent a glare her way

"Rabbi! As if she lied" ammi rolled her eyes
"Ammi ni gaskiya ba'a sona a gidannan dama, kowa yafi son Lala, you always scold me whenever I talk but praise her as she talks" I evaded my gaze, I could hear Babi laughing as they joined
"Who said so? But everyone knows you're loved here" Ayya crept out in a sudden, the living room went very silent as she sat on her royal Chair.
"Sannu da fitowa" almost all of us chorus, she had a smile which suits her well on face.
His warm hands find it way to mine clasping them to one another, I looked at him and he also was staring.
"What?" I raised a brow
"Baby please greet her" he whispered so I alone could hear
"But we just did, all of us" I told him
"She'll appreciate it from you alone. For my own sake Babyn Babi" he pleaded and I nodded evading my gaze to my fingers after retrieving my hands
"Ina yini Ayya" I greeted shortly
"Lafiya lau maman baby, how do you feel now?" She asked kindly, I looked down at our clasped hands. Babi cannot let my hand be whenever he's near. And I love this too much about him , because I found them my support system whenever I am weak.
"Much better" I told her.
"Abdu I hope you two don't mind her staying here" Ayya asked him
"To be honest, we both don't want to Ayya because it's not a short time fa, almost 9 months . But we can do this for the baby, ko baby na?" He looked at me making me look down at my fingers, Babi can be very naughty at times.
"Uhm" I nodded without saying anything more
"Good then, Allah ya raya mana baby" she prayed and we chorus Ameen
"Abdu take her bags to the other room in my apartment, I think I'll be more comfortable if she's near" Ayya said much to my surprise
"Okay Ayya, Lets get there baby" he winked.

I stare at him as he pack my clothes into the closet.
"Babi na" I called and he uhm not looking at me
"I was thinking why not Aunty Ameenah come here too, I mean she also needs care" I told him, he dropped the dress he was holding and came to sit beside me on the bed.
"Baby this is not her first child yeah? Amma once told me that taking a woman back home for her first baby teaches her how to take care of herself whenever she got pregnant again" he explained and I nodded
"Oh, yes sure. Are you spending the night here?" I asked him
"Not really, you know Ameenah and A'eesh don't normally get along. It'll be better if I am there" he said and I nodded
"It's fine, I'm just going to miss you" I told him
"Don't worry I'll call you immediately I'm back okay?" He assured and I nodded, he kissed my forehead.
