☁️-FLUFF-☁️

No no no no.... not today! Please, not you too!!!

You stared down at the now empty foundation bottle, a defeated expression settling upon the stress. You usually put on foundation to cover up the ruddy, feverish tint coloring your face. Of course, on top of that, you just HAD to run out of contacts, so you had to wear those nerdy glasses, too.

You let out a heavy, angry groan, before leaving for school. As you walked into the room, you immediately felt the eyes of every classmate. People whispered your name or tossed glances your direction.

"Woah what happened to (Y/n)?"

"Since when did she wear glasses???"

You tried to hide your face, but your uniform had a determined lack of hood. You made it to your seat just as the bell rang.

Five long periods later and, finally, lunch arrived. You grabbed your bento box and walked through the cafeteria to sit with Midoriya, Ochako, Iida, Todoroki, and a few others.

"Hey, (Y/n), since when did you wear glasses?" Hagakure asked.

"Oh, I've been wearing contacts for a while and ran out today. So, here I am with these ugly things," You replied.

"What? Ugly? I think you look cute!" Uraraka gave you a reassuring smile. "You look so relaxed with your glasses and messy bun! It suits you!"

You laughed and shrugged it off with a quick thank you. Despite what you thought, you did look comfortable; a relaxed, hangout sort of vibe.

You continued chatting, oblivious to the glances of a certain multicolored boy. He couldn't help himself. For one, your new look was blowing him away, but another thing about you was bothering him. You seemed... redder? He couldn't put his finger on it, but you looked like you were constantly blushing today.

A few others had noticed as well, but decided not to question it. It didn't seem like their place to question. Thus, Shoto tried not to give in and ask you.

Lunch ended and you all headed back to class for the second half of the school day.

----------------TIMESKIP----------------

School was finally let out and you headed straight to your dorm. You changed into shorts and a hoodie. You finished your homework before heading out to buy more foundation.

The sun was setting as you walked back; orange, pink and purple tones flooded the sky. You didn't want to go back inside yet, so you decided to go to the back of the dorms.

When you reached it, you noticed the multicolored boy, the one you had had a crush on for months, sitting alone. In an instant, you recognized the opportunity and leapt into action.

You sat to the right of him in the green field with your bag by your side. He flinched at the approach.

"Hey! What're you doing out here all alone?" You questioned.

He shrugged, his usual expression settling onto his face as his gaze shifted back to the grass.

"Probably the same thing you are; to look at the sunset," he replied.

You nodded and turned to the horizon.

"It is very beautiful. Do you often come out here?" You asked.

He nodded and turned to the sky. The two of you sat in a comfortable silence for awhile. It was pleasant.

Until you realized you were being watched.

You turned to meet a set of gray and blue eyes. You felt heat rise to your face.

"Um... Hi?"

Todoroki blinked with realization.

"O-oh! I'm sorry. I've just never... never seen a person with- I mean, I didn't mean to- " He stuttered, avoiding your eyes.

"It's because of how red my face is, isn't it?"

A pause. He turned away sheepishly, and immediately you knew why.

"Yup. It's mai face."

He looked up quickly.

"N-no, I'm sorry. I didn't mean- I wasn't sure- Do you have a fever?"

You hesitated. He reacted.

"U-um..... no?"

Your response was too late, of course. A cooling hug surrounded you, his warm side keeping you from freezing to death.

"O-oh, thanks!" Your face began turning a deeper shade of red.

This only made Todoroki squeeze you a little tighter. You were overcome with a sense of coolness, security, and extreme happiness and contentment. You sighed into the hug.

You never wanted him to let go.
He never wanted this to end.

The sun set on silent peacefulness.
