-From Third Person POV-
Thwack! The beige file folder landed on the desk in front of Joker with a certain loudness to it. It was quite a thick file and he noticed it right away, shifting forward in his chair. "The hell is this?" He asked the goon that brought the file in.

"You said to scout for a business associate boss." The goon replied. Joker looked up at him and snarled.

"Yes I expected a human, not a damn criminal record!" He says as he slams his hand on the desk.

"But boss, this is the human." The goon insisted. Joker leaned back in his chair before flipping open the cover page. On the first page was a picture of a girl with H/C that was rather messy, E/C that had a serious look to them, and a name below it. Joker started scanning her face carefully before the head goon started talking again.

"Her main alias is Agent Veronica Monroe. AKA, Y/n Zsasz." The goon said. Joker stopped his reading and looked up at the guard.

"No shit? As in Victor Zsasz?" Joker asked and the goon nodded. Joker started chuckling. "Scotty boy, you better not be fucking with me." He said before going back to the file.

"She goes by many different aliases. Her main ones? Overkill, Dollface, Veronica Monroe, Agent Monroe, Angel of Death..." the goon lists off. Joker starts smiling to himself as he continues reading the file.

"Well well well, quite the femme-fatale you've found. What is this 'agent' business?" He asks the goon.

"Her father, Victor Zsasz, has trained her all growing up and when she became 18, she became a Navy Seal and began working for the CIA. She's completed over a dozen political assassination missions in 16 different countries." The goon explains.

"So why the hell is she in-" Joker pauses as he reads more on the file. "A maximum security federal facility?" He asks.

"Well, Batman had gone after her father-" the goon starts before getting cut off.

"MY BATSY?!" Joker says with an evil chuckle.

"Yes sir. He went after Victor Zsasz and as retaliation, she took out all witnesses that were testifying against her father and knocked off Robin." The goon explained and Joker started laughing even more.

"She took out Robin?? Really?" The goon nodded.

"Yes boss, she then went a little rogue and took out some of her superiors that refused to drop the charges against her.

"And what's this under clinical diagnosis? Antisocial Personality Disorder?" Joker asks amused.

"She's a diagnosed sociopath." The goon says. Joker nearly jumps out of his seat.

"A SOCIOPATH ASSASSIN?" Joker starts clapping his hands. "Scotty, you really outdid yourself. A woman after my own heart, really." Joker says as he stands up and closes the file on his desk. "Scotty I asked for a business partner, not a wife silly." He says with a chuckle.

"The only problem is location sir." Scott says.

"How so?" Joker says.

"Well, she got extradited from Gotham to Washington DC, where the max facility is. But, she's being transported tomorrow to a court house for her trial." Scott reveals. Joker begins looking at himself in the mirror and rubs his chin with his hand.

"Well, Scotty, looks like we're taking a road trip. But first, go have a bedroom cleaned out for her. Gotta make her feel welcome."

"Boss?" Scott asked.

"Hm?" Joker hummed.

"She's got quite the temper on her. Doesn't like working with others."

"Mmm. I see. Looks like we'll change that, won't we?" Joker said mischievously.

Usually, Joker would take one of  his flashy purple sports cars, but if he was going to bust Overkill out, he would need to step up his game. Show her right away that he meant business. "Scott?" Joker called out from his office.  "Get me a 'copter, time to go pick her up." He said confidently, followed by a cackle.
