The Nail Salon

It was a not so lazy Sunday in Rogers house. Alexander got up and walked down the stairs to hear pots and pans banging.
Liv-"Hey! Good morning!"
Alexander-"What are you doing?"
Liv-"What does it look like, I'm making dinner?!"
Alexander-"I can't deal with you right now."
Alexander then began to walk away.
Liv-"Hold up, I did not search up this pancake recipe on youtube and spend the last hour figuring out how to make this for you to just walk away."
Alexander than walked up to the kitchen counter and took a plate there. He sat down on a stool in the Island.
Liv-"Ok, so I made you this because-"
Alexander-"Just fell me what you did wrong."
Liv-"Well, I was the one who attacked that girl at your party..."
Alexander-"LIV!"
Alexander than got up from the table.
Alexander-"You can NOT just walk into MY house an ruin my new life for a snack!"
Liv-"Oh come on!"
Liv-"Your making me look like the bad guy now."
Alexander then sighed.
Liv-"Well if you had let me finished I went to the hospital the next morning and compelled her to think it was an animal."
Alexander-"Ugh. I should of known it was you when Lily told me it was an animal attack."
Liv-"When are you going to tell Lily about-"
Alexander-"No, she won't find out."
Liv-"Ok but when she does just know that I told you so."
Alexander-"Your so immature."
Alexander then grabbed his car keys.
Liv-"Wait, where are you going?!"
Alexander-"Somewhere other than this house."
Alexander then closed the front door.

Meanwhile at Lily's house:
When I got up all I could think about was Alexander. It was weird. I have never felt this way about someone before.
I looked at my phone to see if he texted me asking me to hang out, but there was nothing.
Ethan-"Hey have you talked to Stef lately?"
Lily-"No why?"
Ethan-"Shes ignoring my calls."
Lily-"Did you do something?"
Ethan-"Not that I know off. Can you just text her to see if she's on her phone?"
Lily-"I don't talk to her though."
Ethan-"Come on, just one text."
Lily-"Ok..."

Text Messages:
Lily-Hey
Stefanie-Hey?

Lily-"Great she answered. Now what do I say?"
Ethan-"Uh.. Just ask her.. to hangout?"
Lily-"Ok."

Text Messages:
Lily-r u free td?
Stefanie-Me Cheryl and Maddie are going to get our nails done
Stefanie- u wanna come?
Lily-sure

Lily-"Great now I have plans with her."
Ethan-"While your there can you just ask her if she's mad at me?"
Lily-"Now your pushing it."
Ethan-"Ok, fine."
Ethan than left the room.
It was now a half hour later and Stef was at my house. I got into the car. I have never spoken a word to Maddie or Cheryl before.
Lily-"Hi!"
Maddie-"I'm Maddie."
Cheryl-"I'm Cheryl."
Stef-"Guys this is my cousin Lily."
Maddie-"I think you might be in my math class."
Stef-"Maddie Lily is some what smart I'm pretty sure she's not in your class."
Lily-"What math are you in?"
Maddie-"I'm in Algebra!"
Lily-"Oh i'm in Geometry, she's actually smarter than me."
Stef-"She meant Algebra 1. She failed the class last year and had to retake it."
Lily-"Oh.."
Cheryl-"It's ok we still love Maddie though!"
It seemed that in this group, Stef was the brutally honest one, Cheryl was the nice one, and Maddie, well she's the dumb blonde.
We then pulled into the parking lot of the nail salon.
We walked in to see that there was only 1 other customer inside.
Cheryl-"See I told you that no one will be here."
We all then looked at the nail colors.
Stef-"Do you guys think that I should be bold and get red or get this light yellow."
Maddie-"Light yellow obvi!"
Lily-"I think i'm gonna get this creme white."
Cheryl-"oooo that's pretty. I'm debating between this baby blue or lavender."
Cheryle then pointed to them. The colors where on the racks attached to the wall.
Maddie-"I'm going with the lavender so you better get the baby blue."
We then sat down. There was 2 medium size white couches. There was also a coffee table in the center of them. On the table there was lollipops and a white candle that had been lit.
Cheryl reached to get a lollipop. The fire in the candle flared up. Cheryl then pulled back her hand in fear.
Cheryl-"Did you guys see that?"
Maddie-"See what?"
Stef than picked up her head out of her phone.
Cheryl-"The candle."
Stef-"What about it."
Cheryl then turned towards me.
Cheryl-"You saw that, right?"
I pretended that I had no clue about what she was talking about.
Lily-"Huh?"
Cheryl-"Never mind."
Maddie-"What was it?"
Cheryl-"Forget about it."
On of the workers then guided us all to chairs to get our nails done. After we got them done we than headed to Cheryls house.
Cheryl had a small/medium size house. It was cute and cozy.
We walked inside to see on the wall by the stair case had a sign that said "Bennet." I'm guessing that was her last name. Around the sign was a bunch of family pictures. It looked like Cheryl had an older brother based off the photos.
We walked into the kitchen to see Cheryls mom. She had black short and healthy hair that shined. Her mother's skin was so clear.
Bonnie-"Hi girls! I'm Bonnie, Cheryls mom!"
I now understood why Cheryl is so nice.
Lily-"Hi I'm Lily."
Bonnie-"Wait, your.. Caroline's daughter?"
Lily-"Yes."
I smiled. Bonnie then walked up to me and gave me a huge hug.
Bonnie-"Since when was your mother back in town?!"
Lily-"For a week or so now."
Bonnie-"And she didn't text me?! I miss her so much. You know that you girls remind me of when I was your age."
Cheryl-"Mom."
Bonnie-"I'm sorry. Do you guys want anything to drink."
Stef-"Can I have water?"
Bonnie-"Of course!"
We all then sat down in Cheryls dinning room.
Bonnie-"So had was the nail salon?"
Cheryl-"It was good. Mom you won't believe this. When I went to go get a lollipop, the candle right next to it flared in the air and it scared me."
Stef-"Shes crazy."
Bonnie's face then went pale, as if she saw a ghost.
Cheryl-"Mom?"
