so this is a sequel to the identity crisis i had in the last part

i've been reviewing my diet to try and find the source of my problems, and i think i may have found it!

i weighed myself earlier today and found that since beginning i've lost a total of 33 lbs, which means i didn't just lose the weight i gained, but also some extra

i'm rlly happy and rlly proud and now my motivation is back to continue working hard bc the progress is showing not just on the scale but also physically :)

anyways that's all

thank you all so much for the kind words of encouragement :,) they rlly helped to push me to not just continue to work harder but also feel more confident even with the block in my progress

so this was me in december (2019). right now, i'm anywhere between a size 16 and 20, and my goal is to be around a size 8 by the time i start college (august/september of 2021).

to do so with my height, i need to lose a total of 110 lbs, which means right now i have around 80 lbs left to go. i'm the type of person to measure how close i am to my goal, so i'm pretty happy to say i'm a little over 1/4 of the way there in just two months :)

anyways this part is mainly going to be the part i come back to whenever i'm feeling down and discouraged throughout my journey. once again, thank you so much for all of the kind words and messages. you're all so sweet and i love you all so much ahhhh
