Betty woke up later than usual the next morning. She rubbed her eyes, still feeling groggy, and let out a big yawn. "Morning, sleepy head," Giovanni said as he walked towards her. He looked handsome in his suit, and Betty couldn't help but admire his appearance.

"Where are you off to?" Betty asked as she stretched her arms out.

"I have a business meeting," Giovanni replied simply.

With that, Giovanni pulled out his tie and instructed Betty to make it for him. She grabbed the tie, wrapped it around his neck, and expertly made it into a perfect knot. As she looked up at him, she couldn't help but feel a little envious of the exciting life he led.

Here's an edited version of your paragraph in my own story:

As she lay in bed, still reeling from the events of the night before, Giovanni spoke up. "Last night was amazing, we should do it more often," he said with a smirk on his face.

"It was a mistake and it will never happen again," she snapped back, feeling guilty and confused all at once.

But Giovanni wasn't deterred. He pulled her close, so close that she could feel the warmth of his breath on her face. "You wanna try, princess?" he asked, a glint in his eye.

Before she could say anything, there was a knock on the door. "Come in," said Giovanni, suddenly breaking away from her.

A lady walked into the room with her head facing the ground. She looked like she had seen a ghost. "Sir, breakfast has been prepared," she said, not daring to look up as she left the room.

"Why are they frightened by you?" she asked, still feeling uneasy about the whole situation.

"Because they're bound to be. Aren't you scared of me?" Giovanni asked, yanking her back towards him. She felt trapped and scared, but also strangely drawn to him.

Suddenly, he let go of her waist and she fell back onto the bed. As she sat there, trying to catch her breath, she realized that she was in way over her head.

She was paralyzed with fear and couldn't bring herself to reply to his question. It was true, she was terrified of Giovanni. Even if she had tried to plead with him to let her visit her friend, she knew it would have been futile. Despite not having any family left, her friend had been her rock since her mother's passing. They were like sisters.

"What are you thinking about?" Giovanni inquired, breaking the silence.

She hesitated to respond, knowing full well that Giovanni would likely react with anger. But then, a thought occurred to her. Maybe if she pleaded with him again, he might have a change of heart and allow her to visit her friend.

"I want to go home," she said abruptly, before Giovanni could say anything else. He shot her an irritated look, but she pressed on. "Please, just listen to me before you get angry. I just want to see my friend and let her know that I'm okay."

Giovanni studied her for a moment. She looked like she was on the verge of tears. "Fine," he relented. "But no funny business, understood?"

Overcome with relief, she jumped off the bed and hugged him tightly. "Thank you," she whispered.

They soon left the room and made their way to the dining table. Breakfast was served, but they were the only ones there.

"Where is everyone?" she asked curiously.

"They left for work," Giovanni replied tersely.

He pulled out a chair for her and she sat down, muttering a quick thank you. As she began to eat, Giovanni stared at her without touching his own food. She stopped eating and stared back at him for a while, wondering why he was acting so strangely.

"Is there something on my face?" she asked, breaking the uncomfortable silence.

"Come on, eat. It's getting late," he replied, ignoring her question.

Giovanni couldn't help but admire the beauty that sat next to him. She was like an angel, and he couldn't help but imagine all the things he wanted to do with her. He wanted to captivate her mind, to make her feel his presence and his alone. He smiled at his "little Navi angel" as she ate, relishing the thought of what was to come.
