A/N Yep, the prequel is here! The whole reason the movie happened! The Movie was in the past! Everyone was pulled into the past, which interrupted.. other universes.... Which means, Cuphead Texts: The Movie is coming next!! There are three sides in this story: Mugman and someone else (a surprise) dealing with the shadow chasing and trying to end him, Incineroar and Ken, and Cuphead and Jurah

Incineroar; *wakes up in a dark room, barks* (Translated: Where am I?)

???: Hello... Incineroar

Incineroar; *meows* (Translated: K-ken?)

???: Close, half correct...

*Jurah and Ken step out

Incineroar: *barks* (Translated: Where am I?)

Jurah: Your doom...

Ken: You see, Jurah made a deal with me... If I help him destroy Cuphead and Mugman... He'll help me... destroy you.

Incineroar: *whimpers* (Translated: Are you going to k-kil-)

Ken: Silence, prisoner!I

Incineroar: *silent*

Ken: You see. I didn't accept your offer because I had a better position planned... You see, Mugman escaped the void a few months ago. Not in the way it's about to go down, everyone was in a parallel universe when those events unfolded. Mugman found the watch and found the way back home instantly. You know how alternate universes are, our story hasn't happened yet... The Mugman you see isn't the real Mugman, the real Mugman will lose his memory in a few minutes, and he will still be in the void, this time, not so lucky! After my... recent setback... I decided to make a deal with this fellow over here, if I helped destroy Cuphead and Mugman. Then he would help me find you and torture you.

Incineroar: *listening in horror*

Ken: Goodbye, Incineroar! Hope you enjoy your last few minutes freely!

*Jurah and Ken snap

Incineroar: *suddenly starts choking, and he is frozen in place, tries to breathe, and starts tearing up*

Ken: The plan is working!!

Incineroar: *in full blown panic mode, his face turning a dark red, not breathing*

Jurah: Why did you want to capture a cat?!

Ken: I have my reasons....

Jurah: Well, your plan has been fulfilled. The cat will have 5 minutes in his frozen state...

Mugman: *in the void, in the brink of starvation, he looks at the whiteness* C-cuphead... I'm just trying to find my way...
