A/N: It's short guys, sorry. I've been working six days a week on 12 hour days. I'm wiped out.

I don't remember much of my past, I just know I was forced into what I was doing now. This group called themselves HYDRA. I wasn't sure how long I had been here, but I couldn't leave. I had a tracker on my arm that looked like a bracelet. During the war, they dragged in an injured man and forced me to cut off the rest of his injured arm. I remembered his face, he had escaped before thanks to Captain America.

I had seen the whole group escaping and had turned a blind eye, telling them to go. I attached a metal arm to this poor soul and moved him to a more private area. When he woke he would not be happy.

I had been placed in charge of his care as any other doctor he attacked. I was the only one that knew his true name and what his friends called him. I had told him to tell me before they took it from him. When we were alone I would remind him who he really was.

One day he came back from a mission in DC pretty beat up. He was dazed and disoriented. He had gone up against the Avengers. Steve Rogers, Captain America, an old friend of his had been there. The head of HYDRA, I think his name was Alex came up to him and started to demand answers from him.

Bucky was asking about the man on the bridge and why he knew him. Alex raised his hand to strike Bucky. I quickly caught his hand and pushed him back. Bucky tolerated that from the group but anyone outside the group tried that it would most likely end in their death. "Keep your hands off of him," I growled.

"Who the hell are you?"

"His nurse. I won't let you treat my patients as such." I glared at Alex standing in front of Bucky.

"Wipe him," Alex said leaving. I had to get him out of here.

"Come with me," Bucky said as the place burned.

"I can't. They'll find you if I come." I lifted the arm with the bracelet. "Take this," I said handing him a journal. "It has everything you ever told me about your life. It also tells you where to find your own exhibit in the museum and where to find Steve. He can help you. There's also $500 cash. It's not much but at least you can get some clothes and some food. Good luck Bucky and goodbye." I hugged him before heading back into the flames to find my boss.

I knew my time to escape would come someday. Today was Bucky's time, he had been here for about 70 years. A lifetime.
